Courtney is amazing! When I first opened the box at home, I was already very excited because the hair felt super smooth and soft. I chose Vanilla Butter Blonde that blends really well with my own hair. This has been a really satisfying shopping experience!

I returned an item in its original shipping box without ever opening or using it. The return request had already been submitted before the package was even delivered, and it was sent back promptly in the same condition it was received. Despite this, $50 was deducted from the refund, even though I also had to pay for the return shipping. There was no clear explanation for this additional deduction. Charging customers both for return shipping and an unexplained $50 fee on an unopened, unused item is disappointing and feels unfair.

I am 62 and wanted to give a try to a hair topper. From end of June when I contacted UniWigs support for help in picking the right size. From the first conversation I had a very friendly and honest guideless. I ordered European hair 110 density which matches my hair. The quality and color were amazing. I do have a smaller cap size and unfortunately the topper was slightly bigger and I had to return it. I was afraid that now the problems will start. But the process was amazingly easy and I just saw the credit post on my credit card account. they also offered to exchange for another topper absolutely free. I just need a smaller size, which they do not carry at this moment. Thank you!

I tried on UniWigs human hair Jade for the first time and she looked like she could be my real bio hair. I got the Vanilla Butter Blonde shade which I love. The color looks so soft and light inside and outdoors it looked like a beautiful golden blonde. The lace front hairline looked very natural and felt comfortable. The human hair is super soft and moved quite naturally. It is a glue less wig, thankfully! The cap was comfortable and breathable, however my head is so small that the wig was slightly too big. I am 100% bald so for my type of hair loss the only recommendation I have in terms of cap construction would be to have some silicone lining ear tabs. All in all I’m very happy with the wig Jade, it’s a lovely hair piece.

I love this company! I've bought many toppers over the years from them and the quality is always consistent. I lost my hair to radiation in 2023 and when I got my first topper, I wanted to cry! Seeing hair on my head again was so wonderful and I love that I can curl them and treat them like my own hair.

Horrible quality hair (Burmese), incredibly dry, with split ends and lenght, patches of bleach and highlights that are brassy, lace is very noticeable, feels like a hat. The tips are so dry that it feels like a metall brush. The Hair was silikon soaked and after the first wash, i couldnt even brush it, knots like wtf. It dry like savannah, thats true. But for 800 Euro this is scam. Might send it back this time. also its the second fail. the "upgrade" courtney was a downgrade. Extrem bad quality Hair for a horrible Price.

Leslie ponytail wig in color 223 r is one of the most unique wigs I’ve tried. Being able to wear it in a ponytail makes it feel so much more like natural hair. I love the realistic 130% density and 18” length—they’re perfect for everyday wear. If you’ve missed throwing your hair up because of hair loss, this one is definitely worth looking at. 🤍
