Customers in the UK should be aware that if they return an item that they purchased from USA they will have to pay a customs fee. My purchase cost $500 , which was not suitable for me and when returning this was asked for $60 to deliver back to US apart from the £30 delivery charge. The Post Office manager said it is down to the policy of 20% charges on purchases, even though I was returning this and not selling it. V. disappointing and will not be buying anything from US again.

The take FOREVER to ship Anna the customer service is rude. They told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks. It’s now been eight weeks and when I ask about the order the last couple weeks, they just tell me we’ve already told you we’ll ship it as soon as we can.Oof!! as much money as I spend with this company, you would think they would take the time to see where my order is an expedite it because it’s two weeks overdue.

I've ordered two pieces from Uniwigs over the last couple of years. The first was a $250 topper with extra clips to add where I like and a wig brush. Hair was nice, although prone to frizz. No shedding. My second was a full $500 wig, medium brown with slight highlights and root color. Also, not prone to shedding. A great thickness, however, there's noticeable grid pattern and unbleached knots and as there's a darker look to the root hair, they show and will need to be bleached. The hair is great, until you reach chin level, then the hair no longer looks healthy. I layered it to give it movement and lose some of the dry ends. Looks okay straightened/curled and does hold curl okay, but air dried is noticeably frizzy, below the chin. I have cared for this wig like my own hair, except with products meant for wig hair (which does not see oil from our scalp, so needs moisture-rich products.) I've always used heat protectant and low heat with the iron, but I expected better for that amount of money. I rarely wear it, which is kind of sad, as with good hair, it would look fantastic. Maybe I was naive, but personally, I expected bleached knots and less frizz for $500.
