Worse company ever the wig is not like pictures. They sell faulty wigs . Be careful do not order from them. They say will refund you but they will never do that. I order it mine and was one side longer than the other side and the cut totally blocking my face and different no style at all and asked for refund and they never did and asked me to take it to hairdresser and corrected. The are thief be carefullllllll

The wig came in a safe package.I recently bought a human hair wigs which they said 100% human hair. And it didn't let me down. It is so soft and looks just like my natural hair. It is beautiful and the color looks so natural. The lace is soft lace and there is so much parting space. The wig is a really good quality hair. This wig is thick but not too thick. It looks exactly like the pictures if not better. Thanks uniwig, I do saw some bad reviews about this brand, I think it's no fair for such a high quality wigs online shop. At least, somebody needs to step up to remind the good things they done. I'm so loving this hair I just open it up its soft & it has no smell & no shedding I haven't cut the lace yet but it's worth it its a beautiful unit. Will order again :)

Uniwigs.com is a very deceptive company. The reviews on the website were good and the pictures looked professional. I felt really good about my purchase until I received my wig. When I pulled it out of the box it started shedding immediately! I couldn't believe it. I tried it on just to see how it looked and the colors look nothing like in the picture. The quality of the hair felt like plastic and it was soooo shiny and fake looking. I looked at the reviews on their website to see if there was anyone else saying this, then I noticed that a lot of the pictures and reviews were written by paid promoters and influencers! When I called customer service and told them everything, she said my problem was normal and this was expected because it was synthetic. Really uniwigs???? I've ordered several wigs from other places and none looked as fake and shed as much!!! When I told her I wanted to return it, she said they would charge a fee. I asked why and she said that it was my fault for buying the wig and it's a big cost to ship from China. I asked if she was in china, then why do they use a 909 area code and not an 800 number? She got very loud and yelled into the phone it's because it's easier for stupid people and hang up the phone on me! I ended up calling my bank to reverse the charge. AVOID THIS COMPANY! ITS A CHINESE SCAM!

This wigs are so nice, I really like them but the cap is too big for my head and the mannequin head I keep it on. Also I got the tracking the day before it came in but the tracking wouldn't load at all! It just took me to the usps link and it told me to put the tracking code in buried isn't work. Only bad things were the tracking on the wigs and the cap being too big, love the wigs just a little too big for my head.

This is not the first wig i bought online, lace front, remy human hair. but this is absolutely the best one!!! in beginning, i didn't want to buy wigs from this website, but Lol , their coupons hit me, so i bought it and it helpt me save a lot!! Thanks for the coupon code!! this wig looks better than its picture does; so i think u guys really need to put more beautiful picture of your products on your website. or customers may leave your website far away.
