I recently purchased a wig and 2 beautiful toppers from Uniwigs at different times and they are all so soft, natural looking and comfortable to wear. Today was the first time I washed them. My purchases happened to be all Burmese hair, and Uniwigs always mentions it will wash and dry curly or wavy and I didn't think I would like that. I've always had curly hair so I've always wanted straight hair. But I was wrong! I LOVE IT!!! LOL!!! It's so beautiful!! It's full and looks more natural than when it was straight. It makes me look cool! :) The other one I straightened with a flat iron and it looks just like it did when it first came. It was easy. They came out soft, untangled, no split ends, no shedding, and very little dye loss (I get more from my bio hair when I dye it). I added a little argan oil after drying and they are nourished and gorgeous! It's been my experience that no hair piece comes out of the box perfect and that this alternative hair journey requires trial and error and educating ourselves. Uniwigs is very upfront that Burmese hair can be wavy, curly, after washing and each one is different. It's human hair and indiviual results vary. It's been my experience that Uniwigs toppers and wigs are of the highest quality and they behave as expected IF they are handled as instructed. Uniwigs has countless YouTube videos by alternative hair experienced women who are education ambassadors that we can learn from! They share tips, tricks, expectations, care guidelines and toppers/wigs reviews. It takes time and patience to learn all of this and to find what works for you. If one doesn't work, it's okay! I've returned a topper with Uniwigs and it was seamless. They understand this can be a trial and error process. Uniwigs customer service have helped me with color choices after I sent them requested pics of my bio hair in natural light. They were honest and experienced and told me what would work and what wouldn't. I recently suffered hair loss but I've always had a hair piece of some kind since I was a teenager as my hair has always been thinner than I'd like. I'm now 73. I recently found my old "bag o hair" (lol) that I've accumulated over the past 20 years and I realized I bought the SAME STYLE/COLOR WIG 8 times!! Some still had half cut lace on them! I had no idea what I was doing for years and I expected a miracle right out of the box. All 8 of my old wigs were crackly dry, tangled and abandoned by me. That's when I committed myself to learning about this seemingly complicated world of alternative hair before I wasted any more money. (All 8 have now had baths, oil and styling and they are now smilingly beautiful!) I found Uniwigs and I am sooooo grateful that I did. My experience has been completely positive in every aspect from the beginning. Their customer service has been responsive, friendly, helpful, and dedicated to taking good care of my needs in this experience. They are the only alternative hair company I've seen who's emphasis is on helping women suffering hair loss. They support charities dedicated to these causes and contribute part of their sales to these organizations. I am NOT paid by Uniwigs. I do NOT work for them. This is a 100% honest review. I couldn't be happier with them. I trust them with my purchases. Their shipping is shockingly quick (4-5 days from China to CA!), no charge for shipping, no tarriffs, no problems. Some items ship seamlessly from their warehouse in CA. I can't wait to pick out my next topper from Uniwigs! Truly.

Absolutely obsessed with the Jade wig in Soft Dusty Ash Brown. The length is perfect, and the face-framing front pieces make styling very easy and realistic. I've gotten so many compliments on the colour, and people are always shocked when I tell them it's a wig. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget-friendly piece!

I absolutely loved my first Savannah. My second has been a complete mess. I complained about the quality when I first got it but the only thing they offered to do is give me a shipping label to China, and just getting the label took weeks. I decided it probably wouldn't do any good so I kept it. After 4 weeks of wear it stays matted all the time. Can't put my fingers through it and struggle to get comb through it. I've tried the expensive deep conditioners, Aragon oil, coconut oil, leave in conditioner. Nothing works. Waste of a lot money.

I have multiple hair toppers from Uniwigs and the quality is always beautiful! It is amazing that they can offer such nice products at an affordable price. I’m always impressed. ☺️

I’ve had such a great experience with UniWigs! I purchased my topper about a year and a half ago, and she is still soft, shiny, and beautiful. I typically wash her about every 10 wears, and she has been incredibly easy to maintain. Even after all this time, I haven’t experienced the dryness that can sometimes happen with alternative hair. I’ve also tried several different UniWigs pieces, and I continue to be impressed with the quality, especially for something that is affordable enough for everyday wear. Their customer service has always been wonderful as well. If you’re looking for high-quality alternative hair that holds up to real, everyday life, I highly recommend UniWigs. My experience has truly been a positive one!

Purchased 3 toppers and none of which ever returned to its original state after washing. So discouraged, after spending thousands of dollars between 3 toppers and buying recommended hair products and styling tools to protect and preserve. I reached out to the customer service team. Although they were responsive, they just repeated everything online and as they advertised on UniWigs social media platforms. SAVE your MONEY and invest in a company that stands behind there product.

I would completely avoid purchasing from this company. I bought the upgraded Aura topper, and the quality has severely declined. It has been nearly two months, and no one from their team has reached out to address the specific issues I reported. I was promised via email that my case would receive a detailed review, but instead, I was completely ghosted. The topper bleeds severely when washed. The hair on this 12-inch topper looks like it was cut with shears, and after washing, the ends look extremely damaged and full of split ends. My topper also shed noticeably the very first time I washed it. On top of that, the front edge of the cap is visible, making it extremely difficult to blend, and the topper does not sit flat on my head. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. I would much rather spend more money on a company that actually provides quality products and stands behind them than waste another dollar on this company. In my experience, this topper has been a complete waste of money, and the lack of customer service has made the situation even worse.

So excited to receive Lesley as I've never tried a ponytail wig before. It's much easier to put up than a regular wig. Cap is really comfortable on my 21.5" head. Hair feels nice. Super impressed.
