I've been a customer for you any wigs for over 2 years now. I have bought a total of 6 toppers from you Uniwigs with my own money. I have bought both synthetic and human hair toppers. I have also bought them in ranging sizes. My experience has been nothing but positive. I found them to have good pricing, sales, and rewards. I once had an issue with an order and they kindly fixed it without charging me extra. I have also found their shipping to be super fast, which I love! I can also attest to the fact that the hair on their pieces doesn't decline or get tangly after a short period of time. As long as you take care of it, just as you would the hair on your head, it stays in great shape.

I’ve worn both their wigs and wig grips for a couple of years now. I specifically wear the Lavivid line of synthetic wigs and the silicone wig grips. I love the hair fibers on their wigs. They’re soft, manageable and hold their shape well, so basically they are shake and go, which I love! It takes about 2 weeks to receive a product, but it’s worth it. The wig grips are also fantastic. They hold both my biological hair and the wig in place and they do not move all day. They’re comfortable and fit well on my small head. I have had zero problems with anything I’ve ever gotten from Uniwigs. I am considering trying a topper next because I’ve heard such good things about them.

I don’t get the bad reviews. I ordered Claire Upgrade Plus in Almond Frost 16”. I really like it. I’ve had it three months and washed it 4 times so far. It needs a lot of moisture and oil sprays and the ends need to be straightened.; it’s naturally course hair and requires deep conditioning with each wash. I leave conditioner on it for 6 hours and then air dry it, spray with oil and straighten it. Every couple of days I give it an oil spray to keep it silky. I also purchased Claire Upgrade and now I interchange them. I’m very happy and don’t regret my purchases. It took 2 weeks for each piece to arrive. Claire Upgrade is better for me. I found Upgrade Claire Plus to be more hair than I need. I get so many compliments on my hair now.

It kinda saddens me to see such negative reviews. I honestly love this site and have bought over 20 fun colorful pieces. As a 27 year old woman with fine dry hair. I love buying the different Trendy synthetic lace fronts from this site so I don’t have to damage my hair any more than I have to if I want to express myself through my hair. For me they are amazing quality. They don’t shed a lot, and are incredibly soft, you can also style with low heat, they also don’t look that fake to me or to others when I wear them out

I have the Claire lace front, the Emily, and Melanie. Melanie is by far my favorite! I have severe hair loss and she covers beautifully. All of my girls are soft and light weight. I can tell that they're made of real human hair because they all passed the coloring and styling test by my stylist (Idk why some reviewers claimed that their toppers were not real human hair). Also, I highly recommend taking your topper to a stylist to have her cut into your current style and no one will notice other than to compliment you on your hair (which takes getting used to if you have suffered with hair loss in the past). But what a great thing to have to get used to! Compliments on your hair!!! 10/10 recommend Uniwigs!! Laura

I ordered Remy extensions in the style Eartha. I use to buy extensions from a different company but noticed the quality declined so I decided to purchase from a different brand, Uniwigs. The extensions finally came in today and to my disappointment there was fake synthetic strands mixed in with real hair. At first I didnt notice until I took a picture with flash and saw super shiny pieces. I ripped one out and flat ironed it and sure enough it harden like plastic. This company has let me down.

I've purchased a topper and more recently a wig, due to medical reasons. Both are mid-range in price on their site. Both shipped from China, not California and arrived when expected. Neither required VAT through customs in ROI. Both are human hair and arrived silky smooth, both lose their silk about an hour after they have been taken out of the box/styled here. They will try to tell you it's the product you are using, but it's not. I use wig shampoo, wig conditioner and wig heat protection. I deshine it with talcum powder and use foundation on the underneath where my part is, to make it look more natural. It curls without frying, but you will need a styling gel to hold that curl. I use got2b glued to keep the hairline from raising up in windy conditions. The color is nice with slight roots, but be aware that mid-range does not get you bleached knots or the hairline the more expensive wigs will give you. You will have to purchase a good wig brush (they supplied me with one on my first purchase and they also supplied extra combs for my topper/scalp cover and wig band for the wig.) This will not replace your own hair, in your mind. In my case, it improved it, but it's not your hair and it's not a €10K wig. Still much better than anything you buy on Amazon and in most wig shops here.

BEWARE!!!!! Worst company ever. I purchased a $300 topper and returned it the next day after receiving it. It smelled like plastic and was very thin and didn't match my hair color. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. One their website they promise refunds with 5 to 7 days and customer satisfaction. They screen my calls and won't answer my calls.
