This subscription is so so good. One of my favorite packages to receive. Totally worth the cost; the snacks are so fun, unique and tasty. Would be such a great gift!

I’ve used these for 3 different people on 4 different occasions. Love it, as did they. I only had 1 issue and when I tracked the parcel it was static. They replaced with no issue at all. Will use the company again and and again

This gift was from my daughters and was a wonderful idea, BUT the boxes you get are in my opinion not worth the cost. Many items are duplicates, ie fried egg chips, garlic chips onion chips, and while the chocolate items are not bad most of the others are small bags of something or other. There is normally one nice sized item per box with the rest being boring. I think that upping the quality of the items and not duplicating them would make this a much nicer gift and much better tasting. I think the idea is good, the execution is lacking.

Really fun thing to do with the family, great yums, but out of the 5 or 6 boxes we’ve received so far, they’ve all been from Europe! There is so much flavor all around the world and you choose Europe? For reference, so far we’ve received Russia Denmark Ukraine France Italy The Netherlands Germany There were several repeats, like ketchup chips certain hard candies, and I would just appreciate a little more variety.

Signed up for universal Yuma box, it took forever to ship. I cancelled our subscription in February. Lo and behold, I am charged for a box the end of March When I tell them by email, since no one answers a phone up there, they want to go ahead and send me the box then cancel. Uh No! I cancelled, don't want another box, return my money. This is going no where, but then, again, no one answers a phone.

I ordered the yearly subscription with an immediate delivery of the current month box. It was sent out on time. However, the postal service misrouted it and it was delayed. Ok things like that happen. The postal service had not updated their site for nearly 3 days. I placed request to Universal yum and got a response the next day. "Great"! Fast forward to this month. The website says the boxes get shipped out on the 15th of each month and you will receive an email. As of today neither has happened. I would have given a higher rating if this company would had sent out notices that deliveries are delayed. Instead from what am reading," buyer beware". I don't want to turn so quickly on great concept, but I recommended this to a few friends that I am now making the effort to warn them. I will follow up with a review every month to share my experience either good or bad.

This is one of my favorite subscriptions. The snacks are high quality and we’ve never had an issue with our boxes. I love it!

This box has been wonderful. Even though we may not like everything in a box, my wife and I are never disappointed. We enjoy trying the new things sent in each box and finding new flavors and snacks that we end up loving.
