Three years ago my pre-teen received a subscription for Christmas from a family member. She loved trying snacks from different countries and we especially liked the fact that each snack was described in English on an beautifully done pamphlet that accompanies the snack box. I was surprised to find that some other companies do not include any English description of what we were going to be eating. That can be an issue for those with food sensitivities. Overall, we are very satisfied with this service. Every snack has been fresh and well packaged. Highly recommended.

I bought this for my wife, anniversary gift, in January 2021. First box was supposed to arrive before our anniversary but didn't show. Their site changed the date to February 1st. It still didn't show. The site then changed the date to the end of February. The company will not respond to messages. I tried to get Paypal to help, took forever, then the company provided a tracking number for a delivery. Paypal then refused to refund my money. Unfortunately I paid for a year's subscription in advance. Guess I'm going to have to continue to try to get my money back each month to get the company to fulfill their service.

Boxes came on a fairly timely basis and are definitely a super fun concept to share! Our family had a great time opening up the snacks together. However, there isn’t much diversity in the countries used for the yum boxes — out of all the boxes we got, only one wasn’t from a European country. Russia, Ukraine, the Netherlands, and Italy all had very similar contents. Would have appreciated a greater variety of Asian, South American, African, etc. countries in the selection!

We LOVE our Yums boxes. We get the 2nd to the largest one, monthly. It’s a fun family thing to do in a time while we’re all caged up. These make super easy, fun, gifts.

The first box has been in route for a month. Was a gift. Reached out via Facebook and was told "shipping is not our issue". If you are a subscription service shipping is fundamentally YOUR issue.

All soft foods and chocolate items arrive almost liquid in Florida. The shipping box is not sealed thus not tamper proof! Idea is interesting and was a gift. Would never order for someone in the south.

We have loved our boxes. They come every month. Our favorites have been Ukraine, Russia, and Italy. It was a great Covid additive and excitement.

Worst experience ever, almost 2 months to ship first box, the day I finally gave up and asked to cancel my order, THEN I received a shipping notification, order was for a Christmas gift, it’s now November and it still hasn’t been received. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
