🇨🇦 Canadian Flag such disrespect
The way you have place the Canadian flag if it is our flag is a disgrace. It makes the player look as if they have wings or something coming out of their ears. This is so disrespectful to all Canadian. On a positive note your item is a good. I have 2 granddaughters that play soccer and was considering purchasing two. No now, I am so so upset over this.

I believe I was wronged in the transaction. I believed I was getting canvas for the price I paid.
Response from Unitrophy.comSep 5, 2022
Hi Sean Persaud, Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant feelings you may experience when shopping with us. In our previous conversation via emails, after checking our system and all the photos, so regret to inform you that we sent you the right merchandise as you ordered. In our product type, we do have 2 options including poster and canvas up to the needs of our customers and you chose a poster for this order, not cavas in this case. In addition, we note carefully in the description that the poster doesn't include the frame and please check our product link for more detail at unitrophy.com/ntb0304b02dp2. Therefore, we appreciate for your understanding and sympathy with us in this matter. In this case, we still would love to give you further assistance via email with a partial refund and a discount code for a new order to purchase a correct one on our website. Thank you for your time and we look forward to your response via our email [email protected]!
