Thank You !
I made a mistake during the ordering process , i accidentally missed something and 100% my fault. I called not expecting anything but the way they handled the situation , the kindness and understanding they showed is something I haven't seen in a while ( old School Way of doing business is what I call it ) The product is perfect , the value exceeded my expectation. Thanks Unitrophy! I'll be Back before my daughters Graduation

I thought it was suppose to be an actual canvas or frame for $40 . I don’t think it was worth $40 just for a rolled up poster .

After checking our system about your order, so regret to inform you that we sent you the right poster as you ordered. In our product type, we do have 2 options including poster and canvas up to the needs of our customers. Besides, we note carefully in the description that the poster doesn't include a frame.
