The second call and inventory I got off the phone with him after he it would be double the amount originally quoted. Ryan then called me back and left a voicemail threatening me. Here is that transcript from his voicemail: There was no rug On the original estimate so that was incorrect and then we did have to add in the footboard and headboard to the bed, which you know that should've originally been on there, but unfortunately, it was not so I do have to tell you those details Again, if you do cancel your Deposit payment. We are going to fight that and we are going to win. I do not want that Near to you, I would much rather have these details figured out in a proper way so we don't have to go down there Road, but if you do charge that back, we will absolutely fight it and will definitely win That charge back. I'll give the details and information. We have No No again, you did legally sign a contract You cannot cancel at this point, and if you're choosing to cancel that is all in writing with your signature on there So again, please call us back. We'd love to figure this out. Much better manner. Call me back at this number or you can call back any of the other phone number. Just fine thank you so much…” Now today the “movers” showed up dressed in ragged clothes and very unprofessional with a filthy truck. The “foreman” went on telling me that my moving cost is now going to be a total of $2143 more than the original estimate over double the cost due to fees for having to use a fright elevator and long travel fee, which they knew about from the original quote. My move was first quoted at $2300 now it is over $4400. Added a picture of their “professional services truck” will update after delivery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND GO WITH SOMEONE REPUTABLE. 1 SMALL GUY SHOWED UP 5 DAYS LATE AND MY LARGER ITEMS WERE ALL BROKEN, TV, TV STAND, BED FRAME, SHELVING UNIT. I WARN YOU LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS ALL THE POSITIVE ONES ARE FAKE ACCOUNTS. DON"T USE THEM SAVE YOU MONEY AND ITEMS. I was referred by a family member to call this company for a quote to move my vehicle originally. I spoke to a guy named Andrew who said they cant do the auto transport unless I get my furniture shipped as well. I was open to it since the estimated price was alittle over $1200 for the furniture which was fine by me. Another issue is that Andrew misquoted me on the quote for the car, he said it was $1000 on top of the furniture shipping, but when I spoke to the auto dispatch, it was $1300. If you are going to give me an estimate, you need to gather all the information correctly so that theres no change in pricing. Another Problem is that Andrew did not list all my items from the original list, so when Ryan contacted me a few days before to get the updated list, Ryan offered me a $300 difference to increase space storage, which I was fine with. Once the movers came via New Jersey Transport Dispatch Moving Company to pick up my items, I got told because my 20 boxes were big and took up more space on top of my other listed items, I was charged another $700 on top of the updated price because of extra space occupied in the truck. I was never told to specify the box sizes which is their fault. Then when I reached out to ELISSA to possibly get a price adjustment and to be accommodated in anyway shape or form, I get told the excuse that "theyre just a broker" and that "what I got was a rough estimate" and that I would have to contact the transport company myself to work out a price adjustment. I need accurate pricing from the start, not misinformed estimates. I completely understand the concept of making money and gaining commission for a sales job because I sell insurance for a living. But all this bait and switch and corporate explanation BS excuses is not something I entertain, nor can I do on my end. Honesty is the best way to go especially when you do sales, not just ignore the customer after the sale is finall when you are putting COMMISSION IN YOUR POCKET!!!!! All the money I spent, I was better off renting my own uhaul and paying movers to load and unload my stuff. I highly advise you all to do the same.

Received a phone call from Jim this morning, who actually told me to go F*** myself because I had made other arrangements. I had NOT had ANY personal contact with United Express that would have led him to believe that my business was secured with them. How is such unprofessional, unacceptable, and foul behavior still employed by this or any other organization? If you are receiving quotes from multiple bidders and you get a call or text from (850) 845-0289, I highly recommend that you not even engage in any correspondence! I would also ignore any correspondence from other United Express representatives, as the organization clearly does not vet their employees, and they allow rude and vile individuals to represent them.

I can’t thank United Express Moving and Storage enough for how easy they made my move. The movers were prompt, worked quickly, and were incredibly careful with my belongings. They even helped me with some last-minute packing, which was a lifesaver. Once we arrived at my new home, they made sure to place each item in the correct room, and they were very respectful of my space. Their pricing was also very reasonable with no hidden fees. I’m so glad I chose them!

I JUST SPENT AN HOUR LOOKING AT EVERY 5 STAR REVIEW ON GOOGLE, EITHER NO PHOTO, NO LAST NAME, OR NO OTHER REVIEWS IN THEIR LIFE. IFIND IT SOOOOOOOO HARD TO BELIEVE ALL THESE PEOPLE HAD THE AUDACTITY TO GIVE THEIR FIRST REVIEWS EVERY AND AT THAT GOOD REVIEWS FOR THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY HAVE 41 REVIEWS OF THEIR 300 IN THE LAST 48 HOURS THERE NEEDS TO BE A REVIEW OF THIS COMPANY ASAP It is unfortunate they pay randoms and who knows who to leave false reviews because the fact theres been 20 reviews just today of 5 stars with people who dont have full names and theres not a chance this many people woke up on a friday and were like im leaving a 5 star review for this horrible company before 1PM is insanely suspicious but if i were a terrible company and didnt care about people i would do the same thing. Ryan williams is up for scam artist of the year, he needs to edit his measurements and quotes as he quoted a 2 bed house for myself and then it was doubled when the moving company showed up while also having to leave plenty things behind from our quote. The best part is they outsource the move so they dont have any liability for it. I have 2 broken nightstand, 2 missing boxes, a broken bed frame, and SOMEONE ELSES BED FRAME. HOW DO I HAVE SOMEONE ELSES BED FRAME!? Not only have i called complained asked for assistance and asked for them to figure out whos bed i have, they dont care enough to try and find the oringinal owners bed frame that is not in my possesion. They expect me to store it for 3 months while they figure out their mistakes so sadly i will be tossing these bed frame pieces out and sadly the person who is missing these....they wont do anythign to help you out. do yourself a favor and never contact this company you will regret every single thing you get put through over the next move and i truly dont wish this upon my worst enemy. This company needs a major change in ethics or needs to be shut down.

The guy went from $650 to $1500 in one conversation. He was very upset cursed me out. After reading the other reviews I’m so glad I didn’t rush into it. It would have only gotten worse! They are money hungry scammers‼️

What promised to be a seamless experience proved to be a unimaginable disaster.There was pressure to place a deposit without a firm travel date .Once a date was determined a window of 48 to 72 hours needs to be kept clearly any activity such as airline reservations could not be made .Final time was established the day before actual pickup.What was never mentioned was this was brokered by another mover .Once mover showed up the price increased from $900 to $5400 and cash was demanded .Everything required new company boxes additional pricing.It was assumed all items were to be shipped to owners destination however all items were instead sent to a warehouse to be shipped at a undetermined date (never expained) Despite several call to company a time for delivery could not be determined One week later a call stated movers were to be delivered the next day and would require $500.00 cash to be delivered or items would be left in storage at customers expense.Meanwhile no one from united was available for guidance .The move was handled by Fairway moves out of Englewood New Jersey please read their reviews Res Ipsa loquitor.The driver was extremely rude and required police presence to insure a peaceful delivery If you value your money and sanity please heed my warning

RUN RUN Run!!! As fast as you can from these people!! These guys will get you signed up, take your deposit set a date call you a couple of days before they are scheduled and hit you with double the price or even more!!!
