Everyone unhappy with this company go to report fraud.ftc.gov and file your complaint. They cannot keep scamming the elderly and getting away with it.

Never called and never showed up. Worse customer service ever. And they never answer the phone. Why in the heck Lowes would use them for warranty repairs is beyond me

This has been the absolute worst experience dealing with any company in any field. We have called over 10 times in the last two days to get a status update or to receive a time that our technician would arrive and have been put on hold for 20 minutes only for US In home services to end the call before ever picking up. What’s the point of even listing a phone number if you’re never going to pick up the phone? We will never be using again and hope others find other companies to use as this one is a disaster and unreliable to the max.

Overpressured sales sound positive however the result is a scam , I didn't get a 5,000. Rebate but 250.00 and lies after the contract was written and after my signature was a oweing them 15,000. A gentleman named Jermaine came out and said we needed an up to date a/c because Freon isn’t sold anymore. Also the heater had to be replaced because of the age. Also said we needed insulation. He then stated there were grants that were going to pay for this. He started asking about our information for a loan and he convinced us that the grants would come to our bank and we would pay them. Plus there would be a $42 savings each month after we paid it. Now we are wrapped in a $26,000 loan and there are no grants. They pulled the wool over our eyes and since we are seniors we aren’t going to have the money to pay it. These people are criminals.

We were, like so many others, this company is very non professional in there sales technique and overall customer service. We have had a run around from the sales rep and whoever we talk to with this company. Nobody can do anything and they just give you a bunch of "ok", "ok". We have had our tankless hot water heater fail inspection by our city and it was scheduled to be corrected today between 8 am and 12 noon, ON SHOW. We are holding up signing off on the completion forms until ALL issues have been completed to our satisfaction, and as compensation for the inconvenience and run a round we have gone through we are asking for arbitration in this matter.

They're are frauds and liars. They told me I'd pay $27 a month and electricity $52 a month! Then I get a notification 21k loan had been applied in my name? On top of that they own secure finance never was 21k and a loan were.mentioned 100% fraud I'm on ss and they are here to lie and scam. I called about a 21k loan and they all told me i didn't have a 21k Loan NEVER do any kind of business with this company! You've been warned ⚠️

The company bills itself as aiding people in getting the various rebates available through state and federal sources, but they are actually installers -- and very high priced ones at that. They wanted $26,000 just to blow in a foot of insulation, install an attic fan and a tankless water heater. We already had quotes from local installers that totaled less than $10,000. But most annoying was their misrepresentation of their services. I was suspicious from the start because they insisted there was no cost for their service, but thought maybe they were paid by the utilities or state since the ultimate goal was to get people to upgrade their units and reduce the drain on the grid. I should have known better. Buyer beware.
