I've used many moving companies before, but this one stands out. Their professional moving team handled everything with such care and precision. Every item was packed securely, and nothing was damaged. The crew was prompt, courteous, and extremely efficient. Will definitely use them again for any future moves!

Worst Move
They arrived late on the date requested, but they had called in and indicated that they were stuck in traffic and would be late, so that was OK. When the truck arrived it carried two men who spoke mainly Russian and wrote the inventory in Russian. They packed the few boxes as requested and loaded everything onto the truck, mainly pre-packed boxes filled with books. When I asked for a copy of the inventory before they left, they said no, one would be mailed to me, but it wasn't. I had arranged for storage until I arrived in Salt Lake City after Christmas when I would be out there, but I got a call on the day before Christmas Eve saying they would deliver the next day. I refused, saying I was only half-way there and couldn't be there. They said they would put it in storage and I requested that it be delived on the 29th December when I would be in Utah.
The 30th came and went with no delivery. When I called in asking for delivery I was told that whenever a truck reached Salt Lake that could be diverted, it would make my delivery. Calling every every other day achieved nothing, so finally at the end of January I contacted FMCSA, the Federal agency that licenses moving companies, and the man I talked to called them. He called me saying that my goods would be delivered the following day. Sure enough, I got a call that afternoon and the load was delivered the next day on February 2nd-- or at least most of it.
The end result was that three items were damaged, 14 boxes weere missing, and they had re-written the inventory in English with a different order.
So on 14 March 2024 I sent a letter (registed, return receipt requested) to request the appropriate form to claim a loss on my move. This was after a series of phone calls had elicited no response. Still no response.
On 23rd May I sent another letter (registed, return receipt requested) stating the loss since I had not received the form. I received both postcards back in the mail, but had no response from the company. The man from FMCSA recommends I go to small claims court to see what I can recover.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction with your moving experience. Allow us to address your concerns and provide clarity regarding the situation.
Arrival and Inventory Documentation
Our team did arrive later than expected, but they communicated the delay due to traffic, which was acknowledged as acceptable. Regarding inventory, our standard practice is to provide a written copy to the customer. If there was any delay or oversight in providing your inventory documentation, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
It is worth noting that inventory records are primarily for internal tracking and accuracy. While the original inventory may have included notations in Russian, this should not have affected the integrity of the documentation, which was later translated into English.
Storage and Delivery Delays
We regret any inconvenience caused by the unexpected early attempt at delivery on Christmas Eve and the subsequent delays. Your request for storage and a later delivery date on December 29 was noted; however, logistical challenges sometimes impact scheduling, particularly during high-demand seasons like the holidays.
Delivery was ultimately completed on February 2, within the extended delivery window permitted in your contract. While we strive to meet specific customer requests, external factors such as truck availability and routing constraints can sometimes result in delays. We understand the frustration this caused and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Missing and Damaged Items
We take claims of missing or damaged items seriously. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to file a formal claim for the missing boxes and damaged items. This process is outlined in your contract and ensures that your concerns are reviewed thoroughly.
We acknowledge your reported difficulty in obtaining the appropriate claim forms. While we aim to respond promptly, any delay in providing these documents is unacceptable, and we apologize for this lapse in communication. If you still require assistance with the claims process, please contact our customer service team directly, and we will prioritize your request.
Recommendations and Next Steps
To resolve your concerns, we recommend the following steps:
Submit a Claim: If you have not already done so, please submit a detailed claim for the missing and damaged items, including any supporting documentation.
Escalate to Management: If you encounter further delays, request to speak with a senior member of our customer service team for expedited assistance.
We value your feedback and are committed to resolving your concerns in a satisfactory manner. If you have additional questions or require further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Sincerely,
Customer Service Team

Actual movers: A+; Company: C
Pro's:
1) Mike and his delivery crew were OUTSTANDING! Mike really communicated well, especially explaining why we needed a shuttle when we didn't expect that! (He was right by the way!) This crew was on time and worked incredibly hard! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
2) Roman and his partner did an outstanding job wrapping and preparing our furniture for the move! These poor guys had to do a 12-hour round trip from Chicago for us and then, load all our stuff, having to go up and down 15 stairs with each trip! They communicated clearly and often! They never complained!
Cons -
1) Overall, communication from the company was poor (NOT the pick up or delivery guys!). We had to call every step of the way because they simply failed to communicate what was going on throughout the process. Our sales person, Phillip, gave us his personal phone line number, but he didn't return my phone calls or email requests after the sale. He returned my husband's one call. Quality Assurance usually had our answers we needed, but again, we called them multiple times. They didn't initiated calls.
2) The cost was higher than we expected because while we expected to have to pay for packing, we thought we were fine because we had packed everything ourselves. We didn't expect to have to pay $24 for each piece that was shrink wrapped, like our sofa and pier cabinets, or for every roll of tape used. We have done 2 other interstate moves with 2 other companies and have never had to pay extra for those things.
3) Make sure to get an estimate for a shuttle because we totally didn't think we'd need it because they could pull into the driveway. Well, we live in a townhome community, and the big truck would have blocked the streets and a couple of neighbors' driveways. For $1,526 we kept the neighbors happy, but it would have been helpful if Phillip would have explained what that cost could be and what kind of situations would warrant the need of a shuttle. Our driver, Mike, did give us the option not to pay for/use the shuttle, but he was right. We needed to use it. Fortunately, we had the extra money set aside.
The bottom line is when thinking about moving, have a healthy size contingency fund!

Read the Docusign before signing
Worst experience ever. Low balled estimate, brokered out the delivery to third party without notification, DAMAGED tons of furniture, purposely omitted extra insurance option and customer service is infuriating.
.60 cents on the lb isn’t worth making the claim and that’s what they bank on. If you own expensive furniture DO NOT use them! So many better companies out there. And READ the pdf before signing it.

We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.
We’d like to address a few points to clarify the situation:
Estimate and Inventory: Your original estimate was based on an inventory of 305 items, but upon loading, the actual count came to 414 items. This significant increase naturally impacted the final cost. We strive to provide accurate estimates based on the information provided, but any additional items must be accounted for.
Third-Party Involvement: We do not outsource our deliveries to third parties without notifying our customers. It seems there may have been some confusion, but we assure you that all logistics were handled directly by our team.
Damaged Items: Most of the boxes were packed by the owner, and unfortunately, poor packing can lead to damages. While we understand your frustration, proper packing is essential to ensure the safe transport of fragile and valuable items. The insurance option of $0.60 per pound is a standard industry practice, and we encourage customers to review this option carefully before signing the contract.
We value your feedback and are always striving to improve our services. If you have any unresolved issues or would like to discuss this further, we’re happy to assist.
Sincerely,
Customer Service Team

Our Move from Florida to Ariizona
Mark was our salesman and he was responsible and he communicated well with us. And the two movers (driver's name was Vladyslav Avramenko) who packed our belongings were patient, friendly and did an excellent job for us. Their packaging skills were one of the best we have ever had moving, and we have moved alot across the U.S.

Movers Beware!! You belongings are about to go on a skydiving adventure.
I don't understand a 4-Star rating here. SURELY the company paid somebody something for it. I'm forced to give a 1-star--but I would prefer to give 0-stars. I would call my experience with this company a NIGHTMARE. They gave me a quote, then up-charged me on pickup; took all my things "somewhere"--unloaded--repacked a bunch of stuff, re-loaded onto another truck, made me wait 2 weeks for delivery, during which I camped out at my new home. The boxes/cartons from this "professional mover" looked like they had been on a skydiving expedition; stuff just thrown in any old way. 2 gorillas from the zoo could have done as well.
I am a collector of antiques, fragile, one-of-a-kind things that I clearly asked if they were competent to handle. Of course, they said they were. If ONLY I could show you pictures. Hand-carved, hundred-year old or more irreplaceable things--smashed, after I specifically point out their frailties. And they have a BBB rating of A+, which I'm sure they paid for.
And ATTITUDE: This company on the front end knows you on a first-name basis. Then when you've signed on the dotted line, they could not care less about your convenience, what happens to you between pick-up and delivery...and it could be 3 weeks where you have to camp out. Their staff know NOTHING. Packing folks: NOTHING. You have a question: call Customer Service and leave a message. Or if you're lucky, get some snippy rude, Phyllis to tell you how it's going to be--and cares nothing for your schedule, convenience.
PAYMENT: Oh they can't take any ordinary form of payment. You have to go to a bank and pull out fist-fulls of cash as if it were a Mafia payoff. [arrange ahead of time] OR joy, joy--go to a Post Office and buy a postal money order, where they again won't take anything but cash or a debit card. [What's wrong with a credit card?] All in all -- they are a nightmare. So, avoid this company at all cost, and help us demand more regulation from our states of this predatory industry.
