unitedpassport.comReviews of unitedpassport.com

Scam. They print the filled in documents for you and send it to you for $180+. Then you still have to pay for the passport and mail it in. I "cancelled" the order the same day and filed a claim with my credit card company, so hopefully I'll get my money back. This is literally the first hit on google, and the site is made to look legit. I think the only reason they aren't taken down is that their fine print (which you need to dig through their website for and read between the lines) says they just provide you with the documentation. Super sketchy though, and clearly made to confuse people out of their $$ Update: they gave me a full refund without question, so I bumped it to 2 stars. Not sure if there is a time frame for when you have to request the refund or if filing a claim with the bank helped or not.

Along with the many other reviews, I googled 'child passport renewal' and this site came up on top. I am completely embarrassed that I fell for this BUT am terrified about the information I provided! I immediately cancelled the credit card and put an identity freeze and surveillance in place. I can't believe I fell for this. I will not sleep for a year over this.

scam artists, do not trust! fake passport company

Advertises that it eliminates trip to passport office... it does not. It charged $183 to send a filled out application to take to the post office, and then you still pay all the normal passport fees. If I went directly to the post office, it would save the time of waiting for them to send 3 pieces of paper by FEDEX for $183.

SCAM ALERT. I would rate it zero. This website should be taken down. They stole my money $183 and the usps $35 fee and the us passport fee is not even included $130. My money was taken away. Just like that. Their website looks exactly like an official website from the government. I am so pissed I am going to escalate this with my bank.

No business address, no phone number, even support email response has no names attached. Almost like they are putting a great effort to hide who they are and actually succeeding at it. Very misleading and deceptive, the whole business operation is designed to lure people into paying for nothing.

Scams you by pretending to be affiliated with the Department of state making you pay $190 for basically nothing

They do not cancel orders. I canceled my order within 8 minutes after I noticed it was a third-party site with extra fees and a longer wait time. They "mailed" my passport within 3 hours and ignored my cancellation request because it was already mailed
