It is a scam
It is a scam, I paid $232 for both passport book and card. Again I need to pay the fees to the USPS, where I could have avoid this fees for just the print out services. Please dont fall for it.

Scammed Same like others
Same like others, googled site to renew kids passport, clicked first link and realized an hour later that I have been scammed into paying money and gave them all the information. Tried to block transaction but was not able to as they already provided services. All they did was print form I filled and sent it to me. I paid $183 for something I could have done myself at home. I wish we could do something about it.

I'm another of the suckers
I'm another of the suckers. Google searching and clicking too quickly. Thought this was the legitimate governmental passport renewal site. Entered my info and paid and then realized my error. And the company had no interest in refunding me (duh!)

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. They fool you into thinking they’re the us government. They overcharge for a service you don’t need or want. They tightly hold on to any money you mistakenly handed over. Honestly, Google is part of their problem, abetting the scam by putting the company first (sponsored ad) on passport searches.

Complete rip off
Complete rip off. You are paying them 183 dollars to literally print out your application and mail it to you. Complete BS.

SCAM!!! Impersonating the US government
Same experience as every single one of these reviews. Late at night, looking to renew my kids passports, and only realized my error maybe 15 seconds after hitting submit. I'm frustrated about the money I've wasted, but more scared of not knowing the security of my child's personal information. This company should be sued for false advertising, misleading consumers, and impersonating a government agency! I am usually very good about these things, but any notice of not being government affiliated was hidden. Even their F&Q states they are backed by the US Department of State which is an outright lie.
