Excellent company. Great products. Quality installation.

My wife and myself are long time friends of the owners so it is natural that we would trust them with our home improvement needs. Carpet One has resurfaced floors in three of our homes, installed kitchen counter tops and window treatments. The companies attention to detail, and ability to complete jobs on tight schedules is second to none. I recommend that anyone looking to remodel their home should check out the Carpet One of Merced showroom, and talk to the staff who is very knowledgeable in all aspects of flooring, counter tops and window treatments.

Very good Fast andneat

Great job completed job when carpet delay was not their fault. I would definitely refer them to everyone I know

Customer service from the time of selection to the installation was excellent and when I have to install new floor covering, it will be through United Floor Covering. I always prefer to support local businesses for the best service, if at all possible, and United Floor just confirmed that choice.

Doug did a wonderful job installing our beautiful new bathroom tile. He fit it perfectly, and the transition to the hall is smooth and even. Thanks too to Chris for helping make it all work in a short time. Dee Near

Great customer service!

We have worked with United Floor for two carpet installations now (master bathroom small area, and living room). Both experiences were outstanding. They helped us select great quality carpet and recommended padding. One of the carpets had a "fold" in it -- originated with the manufacturer -- and they worked with us to get the problem sovlved. Really personal service and the installed carpets look and feel wonderful. Pricing was reasonable and well worth it, given the level of service. Highly recommend.
