My experience with this business was all good. Kind, helpful and accommodating. I would recommend them. Susan Decker

Excellent experience as always

Installers did a great job. Installation was top notch.

Dave (owner) was very helpful assisting the wife and I to choose the right hardwood flooring for our home. New floor turned out great!

The manager came to my house to measure my room. When the installers came they informed me that the carpet was too small for the room and I would have to pick something else. When I went back to the store, the "gentleman" working there was rude and tried to limit me to their cheapest carpet. The sales girl had told me the week before that the carpet he was trying to exchange for was what they sold to landlords for rentals. Then he took me back to the remnants and forced me to choose from a tiny selection of which only two fit my room. I was not happy with the way I was treated, especially when it was THEIR mistake. I'm giving them 3 stars because the sales girl, Adrianna was wonderful.

My experience was special and exceptional. I was still sounding their praises regarding how professional and competent they are, the other day to someone who was thinking of having their floors done. I highly recommend Carpet One.

We couldn't have been happier with our new flooring. From start to finish the process was professional, friendly and done in a timely manner. We will certainly use and recommend United Floor Covering Carpet One of Merced in the future.
