We were very please with the service, quality and time the work was done

United Floor Covering made the selection process easy. Great products, pricing, and installation. Staff is eager to assist and answer any and all questions along the way.

The service we received was courteous in every way from the assistance at the store when choosing our floor colors to the installation at our home. They were prompt to respond to questions and information regarding maintenance. This is the second time using United Flooring/Carpet One and we recommend them to anyone.

I am completely satisfied with my carpet. The entire process from the very beginning of selecting my carpet to the day of installation was done in a partnership between myself and Dave and the staff at United Floor Covering. They all were professional, helpful, friendly, and respectful of my wishes and concerns. Many kudos to the installers! Not only do they know well the art of installation but did it with respect to my home and my furniture all in a friendly professional manner. I love love my new wool carpet!

Loved my floor the Carpet One guys put in my house. They were very hard workers and went out of their way to make sure everything was done perfect. They didn’t leave a mess behind just a beautiful new floor. They did my whole house and I highly recommend them from the huge selection they sell to the great employees.

We've used United Floor Coverings for years. Very trustworthy and dependable. Dave Thomas is excellent!

Working with this company was the best remodel experience I have had to date. Everything was done in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. From calling the store, arranging an estimate to completion it was perfect.

We had hardwood oak flooring that needed to be removed and new flooring added on. Also a carpet adjoining the wood needed to be cut to fit. The workers had great personalities and their work was excellent. The finished product was beautiful and flowed into the old floor perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing flooring.
