United Federal credit Union was great to deal with during my auto loan. I done my application online and it was approved the same day. The only thing I do not like about United Federal is that they don't have any phone number where you can call the local offices, you have to go through the main office in Michigan and go around a lot of obstacles to be able to reach your local office.

The on line directions ( prompts) to connect to the branch near me via phone kept sending me to the original greeting. So after a few times of round and round. Then I was able to connect to an on line voice who answered my loan questions. We made an appointment at a branch near me. The conversation was very good as the gentleman (St. Joe) was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about the process. The branch was nice and Hannah handled everything well.
