I have multiple domains registered with them. They are very good in informing me about anything. Payment, clarification and everything is ideal.

I was looking for a unique domain name fr our corporate blog, and with the new dot.blog domains coming out now, I tried a few sites and failed to get a straight answer. United Domains was able to confirm my request almost instantly. Thanks for a great experience!

CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS SLOW TO RESPOND. DELETED MY ACCOUNT 5 DAYS AGO AND TODAY I GET A MESSAGE THAT MY CC WAS BILLED. THIS IS CLEAR THEFT. NO LIVE SUPPORT, EMAIL SUPPORT IS PATHETIC. EDIT: On the second attempt, managed to get in touch with customer support which managed to resolve the issue. But support needs to be fixed. There is no live chat option and I had to make two international calls (first time was put on hold and then told all agents are busy). Email support is quite slow and needs a push. Most importantly, get a live chat option unless you specifically cater to US customers, in which case, make it clear. Thanks

Hello John, thank you very much for your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that your support experience fell short of expectations. We are committed to making things right for you. As our support team member mentioned in your conversation with us, the item on your card statement is not a charge, and instead represents a temporary authorization hold for a domain pre-order you had placed from the account previously. We discovered the cause of this hold to be a technical issue that allowed you to deactivate your customer account without first deleting this pre-order. Our development team has corrected this unintentional issue that allowed the hold to occur, and we have promptly released the authorization hold from your card to ensure it will not be charged. A card issuer will typically clear a released hold from a card statement within one to five days, but please bear in mind that the exact time depends on your card issuer's policies. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have in the meantime, so please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] if we can assist you further. Thank you once again for sharing your feedback with us.
