Customer Service and follow up. Repair shop received immediate response from Company. We had some questions and representative contacted us immediately and answered them.

I’m extremely disappointed with United Car Care. I purchased their extended warranty expecting peace of mind, but when my vehicle’s gas tank was damaged and needed replacement, they flat-out denied the claim. Their reasoning? “The damage wasn’t covered because it was caused by the failed straps—and those straps aren't included in the warranty Seriously? A damaged fuel tank is a major component, and the repair wasn't due to neglect or wear and tear—it was a legitimate issue. I called their customer service hoping for some clarity or support but got the runaround instead. The reps were dismissive and unhelpful, and I was left footing a repair bill of over $1,000. What's the point of paying for a warranty if it doesn’t actually cover critical repairs? If you're considering United Car Care for extended warranty coverage. Read the fine print, because they will absolutely find any loophole to deny your claim when you need them most. I feel misled and ripped off, it’s just not worth the headache for what ends up being zero real coverage. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

I have never had any issues getting my vehicle fixed through United Car Care. While the dealership I go to usually handles the communication with United Car Care they are pretty good about making sure the claims get approved quickly.

I contacted the company regarding a covered car repair (cracked control arm bushings). They told me to take the vehicle to the dealership service center for inspection and repair. The dealership service center informed me they do not communicate with third party warranty companies (including United Car Care) but would provide an estimate with hours and parts cost. United Car Care then refused to authorize the repair unless the dealership service center called them and refused to accept the written estimate. I have spent hours going back and forth between the dealership service center and United Car Care but neither have agreed to contact the other and I do not feel United Car Care feels any responsibility to assist me despite my having purchased the United Car Care extended warranty. I feel buying the United Car Care extended warranty was a mistake and I would strongly discourage anyone from buying an extended warranty from United Care Care.

Great service on my Toyota Sienna covered by my extended warranty. Staff was great to work with as well!

United Car Care was super easy to work with; and they paid nearly all of the repair costs. The bill was $2398 and they paid all but $102 (of which $50 was my deductible). They did not require the shop to buy used parts, which is also wonderful.
