I see that there are mixed reviews of this warranty service. I am in the process of purchasing a used car, and this is the warranty they have offered. Now, I am nervous about getting this warranty because I don't want to go through the hassle of fighting for coverage after paying $2,500 for the warranty plan. Could someone please provide me with some reassurance that this warranty is legitimate? I will walk away from the deal altogether and go to another dealership that offers better warranties.

The coverage was great

My claim was taken care of in a timely matter with no problems.

The company covered all of the items for our repair that should be covered. No questions asked, they approved the repairs quickly and without hesitation. We are very satisfied with the company's handling of our repairs. Highly recommend!

Bought extended warranty, when I purchased truck, has paid off many times over

Easy to work with through the process

I have never used an extended warranty before, and I was concerned that it was a sham, quite frankly. This process was very easy and gave me faith in this company, at the very least. I will be looking to renew my warranty and see if I can get a policy for my other vehicle.

First time I financed a used car and was heart broken to have it need such a big repair. Thankfully I had the united car care warranty. I am very grateful.
