United Car Care has been nothing but a pleasure to work with!!! Here is a little in depth into our experience: * We recently had a great interaction with an inquiry on a claim account for warranty coverage. It was amazing to be provided with the service that we were given not to mention when we are in a world that should be focusing on enhance customer service but tends not to. Its hard to find good employees anymore and we can tell United Car Care has some great people working on their accounting/backend/claims team. If we were on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the best, we would have to give our experiences a big whoppin 5!! But given the chance, if we could give it a 10 out of 5, we would. At Sunrise Chevrolet work with a variety of other warranty companies when it comes to our service center, and we have to wait forever at times to even get a response back from accounts payable on simple things. Some more complex than others so we understand the wait but still, you know what I mean…. But every time we have had a claim submitted for United Car Care it has been nothing but simple, easy, and seamless. From start to finish, everything goes smoothly and even when or if bumps in the road come up, they are easily traversed and overcome. We just want to share our gratitude for the great experience with all our claims sent to United Car Care so far. And on a side note, at Sunrise Chevrolet, we are an authorized dealer selling United Car Care for warranty coverage on vehicles that roll off our lot and we love knowing the coverage that we offer is ran by such a great group of people and most of all company. Thank you for everything! Really appreciate it. (:

Excellent costumer service as well as fair priced cars;)

My air conditioner compressor went kaput, 2014 Tucson with 50k miles. Went to local Hyundai dealer, they checked it out and after a quick phone call to United Car Care determined all parts and labor were covered. Paid my $250 deductible, bill would have been $1014 so this one case paid about 40% of the contract.

Edit: Changed to a 5 star review! Customer Service responded to my review. I called as requested and spoke to their rep. United Car Care is reimbursing me for the tow charge plus an extra $25. Apparently my car dealer had given me an outdated wallet card that did not have the direct after hours roadside assistance number listed. ORIGINAL POST: So I paid $1550.00 for an extended warranty through United Car Care. Supposedly 24 hour service. 10 pm I was stuck alone in an airport parking lot with a dead battery. Numerous calls later ("no one is available to take your call right now"), being on hold and told "this is the last message you will receive, from now on you will hear music". So much for 24 your service. I ended up calling another place and had to pay $65 for the "free jump start" that United Car Care should have covered.

I had a beyond great experience with the claims representative I had on the other end of the phone. Erica knew her stuff, walked me through the process with ease and confidence, and was warm and friendly throughout. She has a real-human approach with her patience and gentle, sweet sense of humor, but maintained professionalism the entire time. I feel fortunate to have had her as my rep. and she made me more informed for the future times I need to use a warranty service (I am a newer service advisor for a car company who often uses warranty services). Bravo to Erica and all of the United Car Care team! Thank you for making the claims process an easier and happier one, as she truly brightened my day. You guys rock!

Im about to shut this company down. This is the secind instance ive had where they do not repair anything promised in the contract. Ive contacted a major attorney in seattle and im coming. Talk to u sooon. You shouldve just repaired my dodge challenger.

United Car Care deserves a "0" rating. This is a 'rip off' company. They don't want to cover any repairs as explained to me by their salesman. Please don't give them any money! You didn't honor the dealership in October to repair the leaking shocks because your adjuster said they weren't leaking enough to be repaired and now you are saying that you will not cover this claim. I have contacted an attorney and followed his advice about requesting a partial refund. He will take it from there after your response. All the reviews posted online state exactly how your company treats customers and how you refuse to honor repairs. You need to don't live up to your motto: "peace of mind for that next bump in the road" There's no integrity and your reputability is negative -0.

This is by far the worse company EVER! Our trucks transmission is broken and we are out of a car. We have been needing to rent a car which is now costing us over $1000! The company took a week to come out to inspect the car and give the ok for Ford to order the transmission. We keep waiting and then the transmission arrives and it’s the wrong one!!!! How is that even possible?!?! Now we have to wait until week for a new transmission!!! While we are paying on the car rental! They do not help out in any way! The person who is dealing with our case is not customer friendly one bit! If you are offer this for your car DO NOT accept! Find another company! So the company replied below saying it was the shipping company yet the supplier just told us that “the transmission actually had too many mileage so they are sending a new one” Now was it damaged in shipping or was it a delay in their supplier? They can’t even get me the true story. If it was a “limited free” warranty why even offer it if the customers are going to struggle to get anything done? I don’t feel like having this is doing me any good. If the dealership had told us that this company was only to go half a**ed help us out I would rather pay for a better company to help me. We have had to reach out to the company several times to get things moving. We have a child and we work full time that we can NOT be out of a car. I called and spoke to their representative and asked if it was the shippers fault the transmission is being delayed than I would like to contact the shipping company and explain the situation. We are having to go back and forth and just waiting all while we are paying for this car rental. I am not sure if it the dealerships using this company needs to be upfront with their customers saying it’s a “LIMITED” lifetime warranty so everyone is aware. We obviously were not aware of such and is now regretting it.
