We rent at Agadir airport
We rent at Agadir airport. They provide the car with no gasoline and give it back Hal-full. They charge us for cleaning (20€) and I had to insist like crazy to recover my deposit. NEVER RENT with UNITED. They are not trustful!!!!

Dear Arnaud, Our records said that you took your cancelation of your deposit with you by hand before leaving the airport. About cleaning, we just saw photos the car you left, lot of sands inside and outside the car, it need hours from detailed cleaning, and no customer after you will accept to ride a car on this condition, you love to ride clean card you have to leave it clean also, our policy in your voucher state that there is a cleaning charge of 40€, but our agent charge only 20€ which will never cover the cost of cleaning the car you left in this condition. For fuel policy, we invite you to check the fuel policy again in your voucher, you will see that it is SAME TO SAME, that's mean you have to return it with the same fuel policy you rented it, it's not mentioned FULL TO FULL. we invite you to read your rental conditions very well before renting your future rental. I hope that our answers are enough to answer your complaint, please let us know if you need pictures of your car when you returned it, or a copy of your deposit cancelation which you took it with you already.
