Des voleurs !!!!! les prix était très bas par rapport à la concurrence et cela aurais dû m'alerter. voiture réservé le 9/02/24 à l'aéroport de Marrakech. Tout d'abords vous avez rendez vous sur la parking jusque là rien d'anormale mais ils n'ont pas de comptoir comme les autres agence mais une camionnette. j'avais loué une dacia logan et c'est bien une dacia logan qu'il me donne mais dans une poubelle dans sale état extérieur et intérieur je fait la remarque et on me fait comprendre que c'est ça ou rien et pas de remboursement. pas le choix je prends le véhicule.
je fait l’emprunte de carte bleu pour la caution et à mon retour en France je m’aperçois qu'ils on fait des prélèvements donc des voleurs.
les prix sont bas par rapport à la concurrence mais c'est pour mieux vous voler ensuite

I made a reservation for a car for 3 days. When I arrived there I couldn't find the United Rent office in the airport and no information on where they are, so I started my search outside the airport, I asked someone wgo told me that there iis no office, actually it is just a van (a utility car) parked in a dark place on the airport parking, suddenly a young man shows up next to the van and informs me that he needs to see the reservation voucher, I showed him the reservation and then he immediately tells me that I have to pay 39Euros EXTRA because the plane was delayed by 45 minutes and I arrived outside opening hours, except that the agency's opening hours are not mentioned anywhere, worse there is no office, it is just a van...
This is the worst experience I have ever had for a car rental.
I will spare you the inconvenience and stress that this misadventure has caused. AVOID AND DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PRICES, THEY WILL CHARGE YOY EXTRAS ALL THE WAY ...

1- in you voucher written that we are not inside the airport, there is clear instructions to lead you to our place in the parking of the airport, so if you read your voucher well, you will come to is directly, in addition there is a contact number that is available 24/7 to assist you for any needed info, please next time you book read your voucher carefully.
2- you came late to our spot ( after our normal working hours) after 22:00, so there is a charge of 39 EURO will ne added for any collection or return from 22:01 - 07:59, this fee is mentioned clearly in your voucher, again please your voucher carefully before Rent any cars from anycar rental agence, if you booked the car for 22:30, then this charge will be added automatically to your booking, but since you booked for a pick up before 22:00 and you want to pick up after 22:00, so this fee has to be paid on site.
You refused to pay this charge that's why you were unable to collect the car, please refer to your rental voucher always before renting or leaving any an accurate negative feedback.
3- it's mentioned in your voucher that we are meet & greet in the parking of the airport, not IN TERMINAL,

Attention, soyez vigilant ! J’ai eu le malheur de réserver avec United rent a car via la plateforme Economy car rental. Toutes les conditions étaient bien précisées dans le document fourni par Economy car rental mais une fois arrivé à l aeroport de fez, on prétexte une arrivée tardive après 22h alors que j’étais sur place à 22h précise mais que le prestataire était déjà avec un client mécontent… J’explique à la personne de United rent a car que j’étais bien a l’heure et que quand bien même j’étais arrivé après 22h, il est précisé dans les documents qu’une arrivée en dehors des heures d’ouverture est inclus dans le prix payé. La personne me dit qu’il faut payer 39€ pour arrivée tardive comme prévu dans le contrat et quand je lui demande de me montrer où cela est écrit elle me répond qu’elle n’a pas le temps mais que c’est écrit sans même être capable de le prouver contrairement à moi qui lui ai précisément montrer l’inverse. Bref, tarifs alléchants mais arnaque bien rodé sur place. Face au refus de me remettre le véhicule je suis allé louer sur place chez un loueur habituel…

Bad car and bad experience
I have rented a car in Agadir airport. The experience was very bad. Honestly the the offer are very cheep but once you arrive in place they try to get money from you at any price starting by the type of credit card, the proposed car are different from the offer. Even after returning car without issue and with more fuel as i got it and the report says “nothing to signal” yhey take a part from my deposit. I do not recommend UNITED for you.

arrivo al ritiro dell auto e pago circa 200€ per abbassare il costo della franchigia visto che non avevo la disponibilita della cauzione di 1400€. bloccano a dicembre sul bancomat della mia compagna 700€ e 3 giorni prima della consegna dell auto li prelevano anche. ci accorgiamo dopo del prelievo e da circa un mese siamo in contatto per farci restituire i soldi. auto riconsegnata in perfetto stato con tanto di documento ok.. ps ci chiedono alla riconsegna altri 10€ perche la tacchetta della benzina lampenggiava fra il 2 e il 3... pezzenti ed evitate questa compagnia

Please avoid. We arrived and there was a queue to recieve our car. Lady in front of us waited 2hours. We had to wait nearly 1 hour. Car was not even the correct one ordered, but as we just wanted to start our trip we didn’t make a hassle. On return of the car, the guy highlighted some dust on the back of the car and said it will cost €20 to clean, which is absolutely absurd. The car was cleaned and on the drive to the airport it collected some dust as Morocco is a dry and sandy country. They try to rip you off in any way they can. Please pay a bit more and use a trusted hire car company.

Thank you for providing the customer name, as per our record, Mr. El Faris Mohamed, didn't get the car because he was an able to leave the deposit, your credit card doesn't have enough fund to block the deposit, and you have signed a cancelation report with our agent that you don't have enough fund in your credit card, so what is the deposit you are talking about while you didn't even took the car for a reason of insufficient fund in your credit card?
