Fujam desta rent a car(United aeroporto de Agadir), todo o serviço é muito mau. No momento do levantamento do carro todas as burocracias sao muito demoradas (1:00 para levantar o carro), tínhamos proteção completa e ao devolver o carro ainda nos extorquiram algum dinheiro alegando ter um risco no para-choques.

Disappointing Experience with United FEZ by CarDiscovery I recently rented a car from United and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. The vehicle provided was not only old but also in a noticeably poor condition with over 170 000 km and engine light. I had a Dacia instead of a Ford, which I had pay a little extra for. From exterior scratches to interior wear and tear, it was clear that the car had seen better days. Moreover, my interaction with the staff was equally disheartening. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, making the entire rental process unpleasant (The person Was eyerolling us, and kept ignoring us when we explained that they gave us a dirty car, the only moment she replied is to say "we Know the likes of you, you take clean cars and lie afterwards). It's disappointing to encounter such lackluster service, especially when relying on a reputable rental company. Cherry on the cake...I had to pay for the parking.... I would not recommend United Rental car neither Discovery car based on my disappointing experience.

L’avion atterrit à 21h35 à l'aéroport de Fès Saiss, le temps de descendre de l’avion et de récupérer les bagages il est un peu plus de 22h. Arrivé au comptoir de l’agence de location on me demande de payer 39€ euros de retard pour 5 minutes. La voiture que j’avais réservé on ligne n’est même pas proposé par l’agence de location car elle n’en possède pas m’attends dit au comptoir. On me donne une vielle voiture avec des pneus lisses ce qui était normal pour l'hôtesse m’a-t-elle dit la en pleine nuit, rayée de partout, peinture décollée et avec un réservoir de carburant quasi vide. Au retour l’hotesse contrôle le véhicule et m’indique une rayure alors qu’elle y était déjà, heureusement que j’avais filmé la voiture épave lors de mon arrivée. Enfin, bref faite attention avec cette agence sinon escroquerie assurée. Agence à éviter sur Fès.

I was given an old car of a lower category. Afraid of the safety condition of the vehicle, I called and brought it right back after a couple of miles, only to have to wait an hour, and get an even lower category vehicle for the same price. I'll add that I had to wait for the shuttle at the airport before the long drive to the rental car location away from Casablanca airport. I paid for a diesel and ended up with a gasoline car. I have rented cars in Morocco many times before and this is the worst experience I've had so far. Stay away from this company!

We rented a car in Rabat for a week, and during the rental period, everything went more or less smoothly, despite some difficulty finding the car and a $10 charge at the end for external cleaning, which we accepted. However, a few months later, I noticed a charge on my credit card without any prior notice. I sought explanations via phone and email, but unfortunately, I received no response. Only through the intermediary were we able to establish contact. They sent us the original police report, clearly stating that the fine varied between 150/200/300 MAD depending on the day of payment. However, they charged us the total amount of all three figures: 650 MAD. We asked for an explanation, and they sent us an invoice with two items: TICKET VIOLATION 541.67 MAD and TAX 108.33 MAD, totaling 650 MAD. I contested the 541.67 MAD amount, stating that it seemed invented. In response, they sent us a new invoice with the TICKET VIOLATION reduced to 250 MAD (a different amount from that indicated in the report), an ADMINISTRATION FEE of 350 MAD, and TAX of 50 MAD. Upon our request to pay only the part that is rightfully ours, we received no further response. The worst part is that they have access to my credit card information, and I have no idea what they might charge in the future.

Des voleurs !!! Prêt d'un véhicule endommagé sans scrupule! Caution qui passe de 1000 euros à 1400 euros en 1 nuit! Ne passez par eux mais plutôt des loueurs connu directement à l'aéroport d'Agadir. Franchement c'est la honte!!!! Merci à BSP Autos pour leur réactivité !

Dommage qu'on ne pas mettre 0 étoile je vous confirme c'est bien des ESCROCS passer votre chemin !!! Il rajoute des taxes ensuite il négocie en gros ça sent l'arnaque et véhicule accidenté j'ai pris la photo pour remboursement. United agadir arnaqueur !!!!

UNITED FÈS MAROC c'est des VOLEURS. ATTENTION A FUIRE. J'ai fait une réservation pour févr 2024, j'avais déjà payé sur le site CarJet la location avec ma carte de crédit. Arrivé à l'aéroport de Fès, sur le parking il y a une camionnette United et 2 femmes qui nous attendent devant une Dacia, elles étaient très pressés et mal polis, une hôtesse me demande ma carte pour la caution, j'ai donné ma carte de crédit et n'a pas voulu l'accepter car elles disent que c'est pas une carte de crédit alors que c'est bienune carte de crédit, et me demande de repayer 100 euros pour qu'il me donne la voiture CHOQUÉE. Je dis que la location est déjà payée et que ma carte est bien une carte de crédit. Les femmes ont pris la fuite avec la voiture et je suis rester sans voiture et pas REMBOURSEMENT. J'ai dû relouer avec un autre entreprise sérieuse concurrente et payer une 2ème fois. Je vous déconseillé UNITED c'est des ESCROC. Le service après vente n'existe pas impossible d'avoir un CONSEILLER c'est une entreprise fantôme. En conclusion c'est moin cher mais je me suis retrouvé sans voiture et j'ai perdue mon argent. J'ai dû relouer une voiture avec une autre entreprise. JAMAIS UNITED FÈS C'EST DES VOLEURS.
