We would like to clarify a few important points: Vehicle Selection: When making a reservation, we do our best to provide the selected model or a similar one. However, the exact car is not guaranteed and depends on availability at the time of pick-up. The Dacia you received is a commonly used model and part of the standard vehicle fleet for its category. Condition of the Vehicle: All of our vehicles are inspected regularly. If there were any pre-existing damages, these should have been noted in the check-out report and do not qualify for a discount unless they affect the car’s safety or performance. We are always happy to address concerns at the time of pick-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Car Wash Fee: It is standard practice that vehicles be returned clean, as they are provided to each customer in a clean condition. The 100 DH cleaning fee applies only when the vehicle is returned in a noticeably dirty state. Keeping the car clean is also a matter of mutual respect—it reflects on how you maintain a shared property. Our team does not demand this fee unless the vehicle requires extra cleaning. Bonjour, Nous réfutons catégoriquement vos accusations. La carte bancaire fournie n’était pas compatible pour la caution, c’est pourquoi une assurance complémentaire vous a été proposée, conformément à nos conditions. Le véhicule a été remis en bon état, et aucun problème n’a été signalé sur place. Concernant les frais de parking, ils relèvent de la gestion du parking de l’aéroport, non de notre agence. For this reason, a Dacia Lodgy was offered as an available alternative, and you were informed of the €40 supplement for the upgrade. Regarding the return of the vehicle, please note that cleaning charges apply if the car is not returned in the same clean condition as it was delivered. If our staff determined the car required cleaning and/or was not refueled as per the agreement, the €20 fee would be justified. Certaines agences peuvent effectivement appliquer des politiques différentes, mais cela ne signifie pas qu’il s’agit d’une surcharge abusive. Disponibilité du véhicule : Il peut arriver, dans de rares cas, qu’un véhicule spécifique ne soit pas disponible en raison de retours tardifs ou d’imprévus techniques. Dans ce cas, nous faisons toujours le maximum pour fournir une alternative dans les meilleurs délais, ce qui semble avoir été fait dans votre situation. Frais de retour tardif : La restitution du véhicule avec plus de 30 minutes de retard entraîne automatiquement des frais additionnels, comme stipulé dans le contrat signé.
