BEWARE! Unethical company! Followed all procedures after our freight was delivered w/concealed damages. Even sent photos within hours of delivery. Claim filed in 24 hours and followed all procedure as stipulated. They still denied our claim because we didn't sign receiver "damaged". How can you sign damaged when you have not opened the shipment to see it's damaged? SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND EXPENSE - FIND A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER AND IS HONEST.

worst of worst. I filed a claim and took me half a year still not getting paid. I was never got a chance to talk to the person handle the claim at the beginning. Whoever received my phone would just tell me the guy i am looking for is busy, forever busy and no one else can help me. It is totally different from what they promised me when they try to sign me up. I wish we could have choices other than ups.

I set up a shipment with insurance. All was well. I was then sent an insurance certificate with an incorrect, unrelated, business name on the policy. Mistakes happen. No big deal. You would think. Apparently, the people that work at Unishippers don't care if they get information correct on insurance documents, because after asking kindly to have it corrected several times the only response I got repeatedly was that the certificate was in fact correct, despite blatant evidence to the contrary. I guess they think they know the name of my business better than I do? I canceled the shipment after the third denial of my perfectly reasonable request, which was to have my business name on the shipping insurance that was being paid for by my business. Don't waste your time. They are literally incapable of reading words on documents.

Call #1- Ordered a simple pack of labels. Confirmed my address and they never showed up. Call #2 - Called to ask where they were and they didn't know and said they would order them again. They never showed again Call #3 - Called to ask where they were and they said UPS doesn't have the order in the system. She said she would send them overnight. Call #4 - The package finally came...but it wasn't what I ordered! Called again to ask what they heck was wrong with them and told them to get them out asap. She put me on hold to call UPS and left me there to die. After 15-20 min. I finally hung up and called back. Call #5 - Called to get her on the phone and they said she was on a call and would call me back. She never did. Call #6 - Called again to reach her and they said she's on the phone again but will call you back as soon as she hangs up. Never did! Call #7 - I called yet AGAIN, and they said she's in a meeting and will call me back. I asked to speak to someone else. When another supervisor got on the phone, she got defensive and snippy as if to question why I was so mad. Told me she would have the original person call me back as soon as she was out of her meeting. Call #8 - Four hours later from that call and 7 hours later from when I started in the morning and still no call so I called back and now they said she went home for the day and she'll call me tomorrow. I will now go on to call #9 tomorrow! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF HANDLING YOUR BUSINESS PROFESSIONALLY.

They continually find reasons to add special charges to their invoices. We requested a certain shipment to a residence and need for a tailgate lift. They ever sent an email that with those add on's, it would be $545. I got the invoice for that amount, then 3 days later they sent an invoice of $270 for the add on's. This is happening on almost every shipment. Our company will not ever use these tools again.

Very bad company with super bad service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one care about the problem there and you feel like you are talking with the wall !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you self a favor and save your time and money! I'm going to use UPS only !!!!

They will quote you one price, And when you have shipped with them they will bill you with a much higher rate, stay away.... Rate Quote was $ 207 including Shipping and Insurance , received the bill for $ 401.97
