Unique Fitness ConceptsReviews of uniquefit1.com

Fast delivery. Right item. Good price + discount. All good.

Least expensive price I could find on line and quick delivery. Product arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. My physical therapist recommended the OP TPSoft Pro-Roller for my back/neck tightness.

quick and affordable

Great company, service, and products!!

Great prices, fast delivery.

we ordered a cubii from Unique Fitness Concepts. The price was best we could found online, order was easy, shipping was super swift and the package came intact. Cannot ask for more! Will order from this vendor again should we need other fitness equipment.

Have yet to receive my order. Great recovery after USPS set my order on a tour of the US.

I purchased a treadmill from this company. I had purchased a similar one from Amazon and it had arrived broken. I called this company to make sure the packing is right so that I would not receive another broken treadmill. They asked me to call Bodycraft; the manufacturer. Bodycraft has one of the worst possible customer service. The owner is one of the rudest and most arrogant people you can ever imagine. After not getting any help from them, I called back Unique Fitness Concepts to have them call Bodycraft. I then received a call from Unique Fitness Concepts stating they had cancelled my order because Bodycraft was not shipping the treadmill because I wanted to make sure the treadmill arrives in one piece. That basically shows Bodycraft has zero respect for Unique Fitness Concepts and Unique Fitness Concepts has zero respect for its customers. Never ever waster your money dealing with these very unreliable companies. Addendum in Response to the Response: Throwing shade at your customer?! The person who was verbally abusive was the owner of Bodycraft and not me. You are shameless and spineless and in your desperate attempt to defend yourself in a completely indefensible situation, have chosen to attack your customer. Speaks for itself.
