Your site was well detailed about the gloves. The pictures showed exactly what I was going to get.

I received a delivery confirmation from USPS but I never got the product that I ordered. I called Unique customer service and the representative told me that I had to call the post office. I had to go in person to the post office & they confirmed that they delivered to the wrong address. They advise dthey would send the mail carrier back to retrieve it and would call me back. I did not get a call back from the post offcei so I called them again today, but still no luck. Guess I'll have to go find my package myself because Unique offered no assistance. I'll file for refund if I can't locate it but I'm not going to order anything from them again.

Orders arrived in a timely fashion & products were all as stated. Only suggestion- Order was shipped in two packages and it would have been nice to know what was in each package as they were arriving on different days. This would have helped me organize my space accordingly beforehand, but overall a good experience. Thanks

I'm so upset. I ordered these gloves for my boyfriend and they aren't the right size. I need a different one but not only are you wanting me to pay for the shipping back you want me to pay for the restocking fee. Are you freaking kidding. I've already paid $30 for them!! P**** is a under statement. Something could be done.
