It’s been several weeks and I still have not received my order. I understand they would be delays with covid-19 but this is extreme. I finally received the tracking email, which originally had a delivery date of 3/31/19. That date passed and since then has read pending receiving products from Unique fitness concepts. FedEx has no delays right now, so this is completely on the company. I will be calling for a refund of my order soon if my weights aren’t on the way shortly. We’re going on a month.

So...ordered an adjustable dumbbell set and an additional 4 10 lb plates. Got the dumbbells in a few days--great service. But no plates. Website says the plates have shipped, Unique customer service doesn't answer my questions about the whereabouts of the plates, shipping info, tracking #, etc. Nothing, zip, nada. Tried checking with Troy, the manufacturer of the plates, but they had no way of finding my order with Unique's order number. Getting ready to dispute the charge for the plates.
