Product I ordered was quickly shipped …
Product I ordered was quickly shipped and delivered. Great service. Didn't like the product I ordered but that had nothing to do with Unique Fitness Concepts.

Bad service and no follow through
It took a few days before they even thought about sending it out. Guess I should have paid more for quicker service... I just didn't know . It has been over a week and still no word Except that they had sent it. Where is it ? I won't be back EVER !!!

Item ordered Friday afternoon and shipped the next business morning after order which was Monday. Review only written a few days after order and not close to the week time frame mentioned so customer most likely mistook this order for another. Free standard delivery was chosen and item was delivered earlier than the 5 - 7 day stated standard delivery time frame.
