Had to make other plans because this…
Had to make other plans because this was supposed to 90 minutes at most but it was already more than 2 hours. I left a note requesting a refund but they just dropped it in front of my door and texted “mission accomplished.” Hardly. Oh and to begin they say the charge will be $6 something and then when I agree to charge it, it charges $21 something. At least they showed up this time. I guess that’s an improvement. Yay. Amenity is HORRIBLE.

Super fast and no hidden fees
I needed a set of keys picked up and delivered to a nearby town a few miles away. I had a couple of questions beforehand so I used the chat feature on their website to contact customer service. They responded right away and were very helpful. A driver picked up my order in less than ten minutes and delivered it immediately to the dropoff location with no delay. The price was a flat rate with no hidden fees and I was sent a link that allowed me to track the driver from pickup all the way through delivery. I am extremely happy with Unihop and will absolutely use them again!
