The delivery was supposed to happen at…
The delivery was supposed to happen at 11:15 with food set up done by 11:30. The driver had instructions with the address (including ste. Number), dock information, etc. The driver did not arrive until after 11:30am, he arrived at the front (disregarded the instructions given to them), then I followed up at 11:50 and he panicky asked to just drop it at the front. I had to bring it up, set it up in front of our guests once the luncheon was already started. This was a very bad experience!

Hi Krishna, We’re sorry, this is not how a luncheon delivery is supposed to go, especially one with dock details and a suite number spelled out ahead of time. Arriving late, skipping the instructions, and then asking you to set everything up in front of your guests after the event had already started is exactly the kind of thing those instructions exist to prevent. We looked into this with our dispatch team, and this delivery professional is no longer on our platform. so so delivery…
what is the purpose of putting instructions for the delivery the person doesn’t read them. living in a gated community and she didn’t read the instructions .she almost didn’t deliver my package. she went to the wrong gate, then went to the right gate and was texting me about the gate. she didn’t read the instructions.

Ramadan was excellent

Driver simply text me “I’ve arrived”…
Driver simply text me “I’ve arrived” from an unrecognized number. Then another text w/ wrong house number. After sending the corrrect house number he still left my delivery at the wrong house. Beautiful flowers, chocolates, all sitting out on a strangers porch melting in the sun. Bravo. Edit: There is no need to reach out now. It's a little late for that at this point. The floral shop had to send another driver out to fix what "DIEGO O" messed up. That means another driver was forced to go pick up my delivery off a random porch and actually deliver it to my daughter. At least someone got it right. Not "DIEGO O" though...
