The Instagram account is super friendly and does a great job encouraging interaction. Scrubs were super comfy the first time I tried it on and the waste band by far is the more comfortable and flattering!

There is no good communication and the information is confusing. They took a long time to send my package and to this day I haven't received anything.
Response from Uniform AdvantageFeb 16, 2026
Dear Shonka Hernandez, We’re truly sorry for the frustration and confusion you experienced. We completely understand how disappointing it is to wait for an order and not have clear communication; that’s never the experience we want for our customers. Your order was delayed because a few items (HE5051-WHITE-XS, CK360-WINE-M, and K721-WHITE-S_P) were unfortunately not available at the time of processing. As requested, those items were canceled so we could proceed with the rest of your order as quickly as possible. We’re happy to let you know that your order has shipped today. You can track it using the following DHL tracking number: 2905317435 Track here: https://www.dhl.com/cr-es/home/rastreo.html?tracking-id=2905317435&submit=1 Please note that it will take 24 hours for the tracking details to update. As a token of good faith and appreciation for your patience, we’ve also sent you a 10% off discount code to your email that you can use on your next order. We truly value your business and hope to provide you with a much smoother experience next time. We sincerely apologize again for the delay and the lack of clear communication. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out; we’re here to help. Thank you for your understanding.
