I would strongly caution anyone considering working here. The company claims to value respect, inclusion, and fairness, but the reality is very different. Employees are often bullied, discriminated against, and manipulated, while favoritism and inequity are rampant. Management ignores concerns, undervalues contributions, and prioritizes fear over support. For anyone expecting a healthy, professional workplace, this environment falls far short of those promises.

Had an issue w embroidery font and placement. Customer service responded right away and had it fixed with a new item ordered in days.

I ordered 5 Cherokee scrub tops that felt absolutely horrible, so rough! Definitely not what I’ve been buying for years! So I put them in the bag they came in in the original packaging, never opened, except the one and I put it back. Started the return process and dropped it at a FedEx location the same day!! The package arrived back to them and they keep saying it will be 48 additional hours past the original 72 to process the package that btw I have the FedEx delivery confirmation on. So I know when it arrived. Just give me my money back!! Definitely don’t recommend buying anything from here!!

Returns are processed in the order they are received, and once they arrive it can take an additional 2–3 business days for them to be opened, inspected, and fully processed in our system. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for you to see the refund.
