I work full time as an RN and I needed this uniform for my job. I was talked to several times by upper management for not having the appropriate uniform. I waited over 2 weeks for this. If i wouldnt have reached out to UA customer support, im sure this order STILL wouldnt have been sent. It is unfortunate that I HAVE to use this company to get uniforms because the shipping has been horrendous.

Uniform Advantage has a very wide selection of brands and styles that is one reason why I like them so much. Ordering is easy and shipping is fast the quality of the scrubs are just great. I haven't been disappointed yet. The only thing that needs improvement is their return process takes entirely too long.

Uniform Advantage at first seemed great but now it really comes off as a scam and fraud website. I’ve been trying over and over to get help with my package that Uniform Advantage claims to have delivered that has not been delivered. And the crazy part is they are telling me to contact USPS who I already talked to about these delivery issues and USPS admitted they have mishandled my package. Now when trying to initiate a refund they are completely avoiding me. I will no longer buy from Uniform Advantage or trust USPS because I am done trying to fight for a package and clearly getting the run around by both of them. So please do not trust these guys because they are falling short and trying to place blame on the buying customer who is being charged for an item that hasn’t even been received. Terrible customer service from Uniform Advantage and below par package handling by USPS. If anyone else goes through this please continue to spread awareness to their lack of professionalism. This site is supposed to be for medical workers who care more for other’s satisfaction that this website is clearly not taking serious. I will no longer waste time with this fradulent site. I hope someone does something to really look into Uniform Advantage and USPS, God willing

I had a poor return experience with Uniform Advantage. I used the return label they provided, but I did not clearly understand that I would be charged for it. I was charged a return shipping fee plus tax, and my refund processing was delayed by about 2–3 weeks. When I asked to speak with an office manager, I was not given that option. As a student paying out of loan money, these unexpected charges matter. I believe their return label fees should be explained more clearly before customers use the label. I personally would not order from them again.
