Buyer Beware – UnderPricer scammers are hiding via Kayak What a nightmare. I booked flights through UnderPricer, should be called unders-cammer which was listed under Kayak, so I didn’t realize I was dealing with scam agency until after the booking. If I had known, I would have booked directly with the airline. Due to the security situation in Turkey today and was u der attack and ny flight was to leave Friday, I tried to cancel my flight scheduled for Friday. I spent over 6 hours on the phone, waiting nearly 2 hours each time, only to be disconnected. When I finally reached someone, they said there was nothing they could do and that it was up to the airline. At the same time, they pushed me to cancel with zero refund, while trying to keep the $4,500. This is scam beyond scam. My advice: book directly with the airline. What looks cheaper through third-party sites can turn into a very expensive nightmare when something goes wrong. And their scam tactic are hard to detect

The only draw back i saw was connectivity with CC. it took me 35 mins to reach out to cc The representative was very helpful and i really like conversation with him.
