I would agree with other reviewers regarding getting their account terminated on accusations of fraud, coincidentally shortly after you pay for one of their subscriptions. Although it could be related to Spotify bot issues, I don't think it is fair to get blamed as a new artist. I can't control how the public uses my music so I don't understand why they need to close my account for $10 worth of hypothetical fraud? Keep the chum change... It would make much more sense for the business to keep me as a paying customer and work together to figure out what's going on. Not everyone is looking to scam the system. For the record, I did get one pay out before paying for the Core membership, so something is fishy.

Hello, Thanks for your message. To clarify, we never shut down accounts without prior notification. In your case, we did reach out regarding unusual activity flagged by our fraud detection systems, and unfortunately, you weren't able to verify that the streaming behavior was legitimate. We understand it's frustrating, especially as a new artist, but DSPs like Spotify hold us accountable when suspicious activity is detected, and failure to act can lead to platform-wide penalties. We’re always open to working with artists to resolve issues, but we can’t ignore credible fraud flags, even if the dollar amount seems small. Best, Unchained Music Support
