Hey Pitori! Appreciate that. We're a young distro compared to some others, and we made a conscious decision early on that support would be handled by real people who actually understand the industry. Sometimes it means we can't always respond in 30 seconds, but when we do respond it's someone who actually knows what they're talking about and can fix the problem. Glad it's been a good experience. My initial experience with Unchained Music started off a bit rocky due to getting my releases denied because my track artworks needed to include text or some other elements. I didn't like that, but I understand streaming platforms probably require this. Anyway, after an additional hiccup with getting my release getting falsely flagged as matching some other existing song (which was impossible, my music was completely original) I was asked to submit proof of ownership which I think is fair and was able to resolve the issue. Even after encountering some of these things I decided to stick with them and give them a chance. I was able to get my Youtube OAC thanks to Unchained Music and I use them for all my releases from now on. Much better than Tunecore or DistroKid, and the fact that they're smaller/independent makes my support them more.

Amaizng team and responsiveness. We wanted to release our track and get support with playlist pitching and the team did all of this and more. They also offered great marketing services. Very useful stuff for any artist who wants to make a dent in the market.

The Team at Unchained has helped us loads setting up our project. I felt supported as an artist and all the guidance have felt authentic and music/art driven rather than business driven. Would 100% recommend for anybody looking for a smaller boutique distro experience. the digital music field is changing loads, Unchained is prioritising actual music makers, something very valuable in this day and age.
