Another Platform who doesn't know how to deal with fake copyright infringement. Takes ages for them to upload content. Receives a false claim from a DSP and closes the account. Well your reply isn't true. We did replied within 48hrs including the proper documents. Your email was send on: On 27 November 2025 at 12:13 Central European Standard Time, Unchained Support wrote: We replied back on: On 29 November 11/29/2025 3:12 AM This falls within 48hrs. Despite that we even shared the documentation in that email. On Monday you decided to sent another email and terminate the agreement without even taking the time to look at our reply which was in 48hrs. Beside that the Previous copyright owner replied as well to your support team and copied you in a email thread with the DSP where they took down the content from that company who claims they are the right holders. Upside down world, that a right holder gets a claim for his own content and this is the problem with the mainstream DSP, you all dont investigate anything, Just throw it back to the Distributor and when it gets complicated you shut down the door by closing the account. For your next clients who will face such things make sure you follow up and reply on time before closing accounts.

Edit: This user sent Unchained Music a fake response from "Spotify Content Protection" and a fake transfer of rights contract. We will not be replying any further to any other edits or allegations by this user. Hi Maryam, We take copyright issues very seriously, and we want to clarify what happened here so future artists reading this understand the full context. When Spotify notified us of a copyright claim on your release, we immediately reached out to you with the following message requesting a reply within 48 hours. You did not reply within the required 48-hour window, and as such, your account was terminated as we believe the copyright infringement was blatant: (YOUR NAME), We have been notified by Spotify about a copyright claim over your content. Release Title: (Redacted) Artist Name: (Redacted) UPC: (Redacted) If you believe this claim is incorrect and that you have all necessary rights to distribute this release, please contact the complaining party at (CLAIM EMAIL REDACTED) so they take back the claim. You must urgently confirm holding rights for that content by sending a license, valid contract, and/or ownership certificate. All documents must be authenticated and signed. If you fail to respond by providing the necessary documentation within 48 hours, in accordance with our Anti-Fraud Policy and Distribution Agreement we will remove the content and a strike will be applied to the user account in order to protect you, Unchained Music, and the DSPs against any further claims, legal actions and/or damages. Subsequently, your account will be put under copyright review. If it is determined that the distribution of this/these product(s) was fraudulent (and not just a mistake or a case of expired rights), it is within our discretion to terminate the account in line with DSP's recommendations. As noted above, we did not receive any documentation or reply from you, which is why the actions were taken. If you believe you do have valid rights, we are happy to review, but that does require a response from you to the claim: https://www.unchainedmusic.io/faq/support We’re always here to help legitimate artists protect their work and keep their catalog safe across all platforms.
