We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and are sorry to learn about the issue you experienced with the extra battery. We recognize how frustrating it can be when an accessory does not function as expected. After reviewing the matter, we found that the purchase was made more than six months ago, which places it outside our warranty and support coverage period. As a result, we are unable to provide a replacement battery or offer compensation, including courtesy accommodations. While we understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, our policies are in place to ensure consistency and fairness for all customers. We value your business and regret any disappointment this situation has caused.

We regret the confusion and frustration this experience has caused, John. Our records show that a full refund was processed on June 1, and while the refund has been successfully issued from our end, financial institutions and payment processors may require 5–7 business days to post the funds back to your account. We recognize how concerning it can be when account activity appears inconsistent, particularly when you're expecting a refund. We want to reassure you that the refund has been submitted and there have been no additional charges initiated by our team following the refund processing. Our goal is always to resolve concerns fairly and promptly, and we're committed to ensuring this matter reaches a satisfactory conclusion. If the refund has not appeared after the processing window has passed, please contact our support team directly so we can further investigate with our payment processor and assist you in any way possible.
