Not great communication or lead times and ship date.

Prompt response to all product questions asked, along with responsive e-mail updates associated with my 2 Bambrella 10' x 10' Levante and 1 Bambrella 8.5' Levante outdoor umbrella, along with 155 lb bases. Shipper was also excellent! Bambrella products are 5 star too!

After finely finding out I had a bambrella, umbrella, ordering a replacement canopy from you guys, was easy as 1 2 3. Shout out to Charles, and the nice lady at the distribution center
