They will gaslight your complaint and take days to respond intentionally waiting until 30 days pass where they stop responding. This is the worst online company. I DO NOT RECOMMNEND GALTECH TO ANYONE. My poor grandfather was fooled by Galtech’s friendly, legitimate-looking website. Now he’s stuck with over $1,000 worth of junk from this shady company that sells overpriced, low-quality products.

I have not received my order and the supposed tracking info provided by Umbrella Specialist did not work. They took my money - $1,000 - and then flaked. I want to know what happened to my order - or I want my money back. [Order #35303] (April 23, 2025)

Received the wrong item. Also it took an extra amount of time to arrive.

I liked the product although I was displeased with the customer service. I received 2 Hose Reels rather than 1 and I let someone in customer service know and I would just keep it and pay for it. I was told NO it was my responsibility to ship it back and then go online and order another one if I wanted one. I did not do it and I received an invoice after several weeks of waiting and phone calls. The letter with the Invoice was very demanding and stated I needed to send payment immediately it was past due. I paid it but I certainly did not appreciate how this was handled. I would have been glad to pay for it originally (not my mistake) as I asked to do. Lisha Snow

Ordered a patio umbrella a smaller size than optimal based on earlier availability of the smaller umbrella for the summer (early June) rather than wait for larger size which had later availability date. It’s July 6th and I’m still waiting and not a word from company. All to say, don’t trust their web site.

When my husband ordered the base on the website, it clearly said free shipping. We got an invoice that said free shipping. Unfortunately, then we got an email the next day saying that they were going to charge us $271.32 for shipping, which was more than half the cost of the base! When I called the company, they would not stand behind their website and said it was a mistake. As a customer, I do not know that it is a mistake and fully expected the free shipping, and I feel like they should have stood behind what their website was saying (since they are responsible for their website). I will never do business with them again, as I find this to be completely dishonest Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company.

Received the umbrella damaged. I think it was damaged by the shipping company they used.
