Great replacement for my Bambrella canopy! Better prices than most also.

The representative worked hard to find the exact part that I was looking for. I was very impressed.

Very pleased with my umbrella buying experience as the staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions.

Great communication and fast delivery!

Product seems legit and arrived so that's good! Good pricepoint, we will see how it holds up. Thank you

Communication

The phone support provided by Charles was simply outstanding in every conceivable way. He took his time with me... made me feel appreciated. He did not try to sell me as he was most interested in my needs and making sure that if US had the right product that I was directed to it. After I placed my order he phoned me back to advise a less costly umbrella cover. This is what I call going the extra mile.

This is beautiful well made umbrella that can be put together pretty quickly. It is easy to operate and looks great!
