Charles assisted me with questions and delivery issues.

Charles did a great job helping me with my order. He followed up with me about my order status. Went the extra mile.

We love our two Bambrellas! We ordered the square aluminum Santa Ana! Charlie is great to work with! So many compliments!

quality product. delivered on-time, on-schedule.

Charles was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my inquiries. We purchased a Bambrella Sidewind Offset Aluminum Umbrella and we love it! I would highly recommend purchasing your umbrella from the Umbrella Specialist.

Happy with purchase. Customer service was excellent. When I called to check on my order, Charles Lillo, quickly found the paperwork and assured me that he would check on the status and if there were any problems from the manufacturer he would let me know. As it turned there were no problems and when the order shipped I received an email from Charles confirming the shipment and providing me the UPS tracking #. I received my order in a timely manner (even with the impact of Covid-19). My umbrella is exactly what I had hoped it would be (pretty, good quality and ease of opening/ tilting). I would definitively do business with them again and recommend to others.

Good service

With the pandemic going on and companies not working at full strength, Umbrellaspecialist did a great job at a competitive price.
