Just ordered Fifa 16 and it could not have been a better experience. Delivery took under 5 minutes and everything worked flawlessly. I would totally recommend this shop to everyone looking for good deals and fast delivery! Thanks a lot!

Hi everyone, EDIT1: there was an issue with the key. Everthing was resolved very fast. EDIT2: Or so i thought. Now, 1 week later, they tell me i am to blame. EDIT3: Well, it's clarified now. Still annoyed, but this is a fast key-shop, with short reaction times on mails. Wolf

So waited for 7 hours(instead of 30 minutes to 2 hours as stated on their website) to receive key but instead received email asking for copy of passport/driving license... Why would I send scanned documents to some company?

Hello. You payment have been picked for manual approval therefore your order was not sent. As your payment have been picked up for approval over it being risky we must to make sure that its not. If you fail to verify your order it is automatically cancelled within 72 hours. Since we did not receive a reply from you and you have opened a dispute the payment was cancelled. Thanks. Yev.

It has been 3 hours since I placed my order. Payment was already taken from my PayPal account and I sent in a support ticket around 2 hours afterwards with still no response. Don't claim to give the keys quickly if it's not going to happen. I would have gotten the key from somewhere more expensive but fast if I had known how slow this would be. Update: It has been now 5 hours, no key, no response. Update 2: Key finally received. I placed my order at 5:45pm on 9/20, I received the key at 1:44am on 9/21 (the email with they key is dated and timed), that is 13 hours after I placed the order. In the reply they claim they responded to me several times. I was checking my email/spam folder almost every 20 minutes until around midnight, and the only reply I ever received was 2:29am (not in my spam folder). Either the website has a faulty messaging system or someone is not being truthful.
