I paid for Witcher 3: expansion pass I received key to a single expansion (hearts of stone). After contacting the support of gamingdragons I received a reply which stated that there are 2 versions of the expansion pass. One which registers as the Expansion pass containing the two dlc's (The one I expected) and one where the key to the second dlc is sent separately close to release date. I can't find any information about this alternative version of expansion pass on gamingdragons website or elsewhere. Since the key I received registered as Hearts of Stone (not the expension pass) I still have no way of knowing if/when I'll receive the key for the second dlc.

It has been 4 hours since I have placed my order. I have send them messages and emails but haven't heard from them yet, infect I tried to open a chat but it seems that the customer service representative is asleep. It is mentioned on their website that the order will be dispatched ASAP or in 30 mins in most cases 1.5 hours. I do not see any problems with my order. Still waiting for it desperately, will see how it goes. Edit: No response of any kind. Still waiting for the last 6 hours. This is so frustrating, I cannot imagine that I have trusted them with my money. Edit: I don't know for how long I will have to wait for their response. I haven't had such a bad experience with any other gaming outlets so far. Edit: I have just received my MGS5 Phantom Pain steam key, It took a while but finally I have the game, thanks guys.

I just needed to wait approximately one day and i got the keys. Good and easy to read guide.

Haven't received my key for FIFA 16, sent support mail with no answer. For a company that says it's open 24/7 they sure seem to be sleeping on the job. EDIT: Received the key and it worked. It was after the alloted time but it works and i'm happy.

I recieved my code in less than an hour and it worked flawlessly for an Xbox 1 live account... I had to send a picture of I'd and it all seemed suspicious but in the end everything was truthfully honest and delivered in the time promised and my kids are extremely happy and I am happy to have saved so much also... great service and can't wait to make another soon!!...

I bought two games here, witcher 3 and pes2016. I get the game within 1 hr (at that time, I could not believe that it worked) So great value so far, no complaint.

I found the game BATMAN ARKHAM ORIGINS + DLL on offer here + 1 DLC, I liked the price and buy everything well, even in the paypal but after a while they ask for a photo ID (DUI) or something else, something rare since until now I saw no shop asking that, as I had no scanner send several photos in very good quality, but still say it's rare besides take about 1 hour trying to get it right ... Well after 20 minutes gave me the key, I'm glad but did not come any DLC Haha, at least came the base game but without any DLC, in short as the game was cheap and steam is more expensive did not complain, but lied about it therefore also they ask you for a purchase. I give it 3 stars because it does not like me that much and then asked not DLC, but the service can also improve my opinion is to change but right now I can not give more stars, also it does not come as buying any DLC says but it can be improved. Edited: The DLC is internal in the game, it is usually external and leaves you which has dls but here is different but in the end it has now ^^ I gave it 4 stars because they need to improve on the way to buy and ask the DNI (DUI ) and all that mess. Cheers Español: Un servicio regular Encontré el juego BATMAN ARKHAM ORIGINS + DLl en oferta aquí + 1 DLC, me gusto el precio y lo compre todo bien, hasta en lo de paypal pero al rato te piden una foto de DNI (DUI) u otra cosa, algo raro ya que hasta ahorita ninguna tienda vi que pedia eso, como no tenia scaner envie varias fotos en muy buena calidad, aunque sigo diciendo que es raro ademas de tardar como 1 hora tratando de hacerlo bien... Bueno luego 20 minutos me dieron la key, me alegro pero no venia ningun DLC Jajaja, al menos venia el juego base pero sin ningun DLC, en fin como el juego estaba barato y en steam es mas caro no me queje, pero mintieron en eso ademas que te piden tanto para una compra. Le doy 3 estrellas ya que no me gusto que pidieran tanto y luego sin DLC, pero el servicio se puede mejorar asi que mi opinion esta a cambios pero por ahorita no le puedo dar mas estrellas, ademas que no viene ningun DLC como dice la compra, pero se puede mejorar. Editado: El dlc viene interno en el juego, normalmente es externo y te sale cuales dls tiene pero aquí es diferente pero al final lo tiene ^^ ahora le doy 4 estrellas ya que falta mejorar en la forma de comprar y pedir el DNI(DUI) y todo ese lio Saludos
