GamingDragonsReviews of ultimatumgamekeys.com

Well they advertise instant delivery. Its 1:30h later now, still no key. The "live-chat" support didn't respond for over half an hour now. If I knew this shop would be so bad, I had bought the key from somewhere else. I'm so mad about this service I'm wirting this. If you're considering buying here or from another site for a bit more, do yourself a favor and buy from the other site! UPDATE: iksdeh after about 10mins after publishing this i got the key, which doesn't work and an eMail telling me to "correct" my review. Still would rate 0/5 if possible for false advertising.

Had to wait 90 minutes for an invalid key. Already emailed them and am waiting for a working key.... EDIT: My mistake. Did not read the instructions properly. They sent me some Nvidia voucher code I had to redeem to get the game. 4 stars because this is quite complicating and delivery took quite long. Service was nice!

at the beginning some problems, but the service is helpful iam very happy

My Fifa 16 has already been used. The delivery was fast, i hope the support is even faster. Edit: Got an email from the support, lets see if we can fix this problem. Edit: I had to send a screenshot of the problem. After that they send me a new key. Back to 4-Star Rating!

I bought The Last Of Us Remastered digital copy and received the code at my email within around 15 minutes. I followed the instructions to download the game. Once it was installed I went to play it, however I got "Please purchase the game on the store" then it took me back to dashboard and put a little lock pad on the game. I restarted my PS4 and tried again and this time it allowed me to go on and play, but because the license cannot be verified the it automatically closes the game after 15 minutes. I have contacted the support and I am waiting for their reply to see how they're going to deal with this. I was reluctant to buying from this site as I'd read good and bad reviews, it's quite clear now I shouldn't have because it's hassle and I didn't know I'd have to go make a new account etc. Support isn't brilliant either, tried telling me they replied within a few minutes despite there being a two hour wait, so I don't know where the "few minutes" came from. Also seem to not want to listen to what I've said and tell me I might not be in the right mindset. Sorry for giving your company a try.

Extremely fast response in completing my order. Within 15 minutes of ordering my game (Dying Light) I received the Steam activation code. I had only one problem with the order and this was cleared up within 30 minutes. I would recommend Gaming Dragons to anyone and they are now my new place for Steam games. Great Prices! Great Service! Great Games!

I ordered a game and paid via PayPal. After some minutes i got an email from gaming dragons that they want a copy of my id card or driving license. I use PayPal a lot with many different online shops and nobody ever asked for such a thing. This is absolutely unacceptable and NOT customer friendly. I canceled my order because I am not willing to send a copy of my id card to them just to buy a game. Also the shop's website can be displayed in german, but the TOS and after sales communication is in english only, unacceptable, too. I will never buy there again.

Order received in almost 5 hours
