Signed up just to say this. No communication for in excess of three hours and then a template explaining my accompanying documentation was blurry. It is good enough for a visa service in 3 countries, but not for this shoddy website. It promises live chat support, where? And 24/7 service? It doesn't count if you ignore emails. Other companies are cheaper and put emphasis on service rather than doing nothing and assuming you will accept it. Terrible, terrible company. Will never use again. In addition, the refund issued was not the total amount, so I am left paying for their inability to count and respond to customers. Reply: There was no mention of any of these details previously. Emails back and forth? A template with no information is regarded as back and forth communication? Final remark: Just google Gaming Dragons Scam and you will learn everything you need to know about this company.

Hello. We require verification to prevent fraud if we find anything suspicious as proxy usage and information mismatches as mentioned in our terms of use. You have provided a document that did not meet the required quality that we have requested. We have asked you to provide a better quality image, since you haven't done that with replies back and forth and claimed that you would like to withdraw from the purchase we have cancelled the order. A refund was issues excluding the fees that the payment processor deducted. Thanks. Yev.
