Any problems related to the software are due to the slow process of having tax changes implemented. An even worse problem is the lax, outdated security at the IRS which will delay most refunds this year.

Bad on line system. Not known if ordered until email from bank. Did not give opportunity to review purchase or change credit card to purchase. Further, charged my credit card for two purchases.
